What you need to do is:
1. Download your old messages, if you want to keep them
2. Empty all of your PM folders.
That'll fix it.

Simple MySQL error that might occur from time to time on all websites, you were just a poor guy that bumped into it.
Usually a refresh after a couple of seconds will fix this.

The error message there is quite unambiguous, and in his case it was resolved over three months ago. It's a common issue that we've been running into after we moved from IPB to MyBB eleven months ago with old PMs being inaccessible, which is easily fixed by following the instructions above.
