Adopt a Pilot // Looking for good HOme - Salvation - 05-24-2013

Hello everyone,

I hope this is the correct area to post.
I couldn't find anything else more appropriate so here I go.

I'm looking around for a new place to call home.
I'm more of a good guy then a baddie.
I would like to dabble in Security Escorts of Traders and maybe even do patrols to keep boarders clear.

I don't want to apply for a position outright but want offers from those interested in giving me a go an offer.
An offer of what is on the table and what you can do for me?

Are you game to take a gamble?

Join the BHG| you have lots of enemies, you rarely get paid and you can only use snubs. We love it.

RE: Looking to be recruited - Salvation on offer || Job recruitment offers welcome - CaptainAlamo - 05-24-2013

Welcome!

There are a variety of good (lawful) factions and groups to consider! So allow me to get to you first! Wink

The Alamo Mining Fleet is a private group within the IMG that conducts business with many of the lawful factions within the Taus for mining, shipping and escorting. I'm not claiming we're the only group that does this, and membership is optional to work with us. As long as your rep and tech use is cleared (and it is not necessarily as strict as described depending on a few things) we are always welcoming ships to hire for escort services, if thats the direction you are leaning. However, get yourself a transport and wish to ship, we sell raw Nobium Ore ultra cheap to members! If you see an AMF ship flying we're likely willing to pay for some additional security. Keep us in mind and fly safe!

Regards,

Why worry about getting paid? It happens eventually - and you know you're just in it for the combat anyway. Which as a member of the BHG| you get plenty of ...

Side note of addition also - the BHG| has the largest ZOI of any lawful faction in Sirius, so you're nearly unlimited on where you can go. Just pay attention to bounty boards. And if you want to fly caps, there's always the BHG|Core - and we also have our own trading fleet (BHG|APM-) that you can escort - or that can escort you. (We try to be as badass as Bowex in that respect, but we're not quite there yet.)

I meant that.

Hmmm...so many offers.
I am so surprised by the number of responses.

I'm finding it hard to decide which faction to choose as my new home. Sad

So I need to know what kind of incentives does each clan offer?
Is their start up cash for a ship?
What privileges do I get if I join your faction?
Do you have a private forum?
How about player bases?
What system does your faction own or control (Head Quarters)?

If you like, you may send me a Private PM. Smile

That's a lot of info. You can almost certainly find the answers to your questions and more if you go to their specific faction section here on the forums.

They offered you a job....you have to do a little work, no? Tongue

Haven Tactical Security is a private security contractor group that escorts traders and occasionally patrols systems. We're always looking for a new guy.

Is their start up cash for a ship? There can be if you need it. Come on, we're only talking a few million for a fighter - everyone should have that.
What privileges do I get if I join your faction? You get to hear me whine. No, not really. But you do gain access to one of the largest player factions on the server. Our general chat has 42 people in it right now - and that's a LOT of experience. And that also means that depending upon your time zone, you'll probably always have someone you can join.
Do you have a private forum? Nope. But we have active skype chats. Private forums should be really only for those factions that need them (like the K'Hara).
How about player bases? Nope - and we don't need them.
What system does your faction own or control (Head Quarters)? Omega-52. With a solid claim, albeit shared, on Omicron Delta and Omega-15. And we have subsidiary headquarters in Texas, Manchester, Kyushu, and New Berlin. (Due to RP negotiations, we have offices in those stations owned by Interspace as well.)

As a clarification to what I stated above. We're NOT the Sirius police. The admins have said so. But since there are lawful bounties on someone everywhere in Sirius, there's almost literally no where we can't go. Zoners have about the same ZOI we have, except they're not lawful, and really the only faction that has more ZOI than we do is the K'Hara. And they're DEFINITELY not lawful.

So if you're looking to be lawful, gain influential friends in low places (since many of our house hunters were criminals in the past), aspire to better things (aka the Core, where you get to play with lots of caps, along with what appears to be near zealotry in pursuing the procurement of Nomad or other improved technology) and oh, yeah, want to have fun in combat even if you do happen to lose - then the Bounty Hunters Guild is for you.

Here's a roleplay for you.

You're looking at the want ads, and you find this old poster from a few years ago, when the S/D Agency still existed and hadn't become the entire Guild. You find some discussions about George Graves, and what a great job he did making the Guild into the fine organization that it is today.

Is that convincing enough that we've SOMEONE looking for a few good men? Angel
