DS Account Manager - Bob_Chickman - 06-04-2013

Hello all,

We just did a server wipe and re-installed everything.
But I can't get the account manager to pick up the INOCROSS info. It's directed to the right path, the same as always, so I'm not understanding what's wrong here...

Any Thoughts?

since you did a server wipe, I assume the OS got a reinstall? if not have you tried wiping out the old *.db file?

It was a complete wipe from scratch, shouldn't be anything left.

Something else you need to be doing. You need to be using the ADMINISTRATOR account. If you aren't, everything will run with standard user token. This happens even if the account you are on has full administrator priveliges. The ADMINISTRATOR account runs everything with the elevated ADMINISTRATOR token.

I had this same problem and a few others as well when I was starting a server. Once I set the computer to start automatically using the ADMINISTRATOR account, it worked fine.

I am actually operating on the administrator account, just checked to make sure. Really not understanding what's wrong here...
