Good evening, My name is Rachel Baker, I am the current Acting Fleet Admiral of the Liberty Navy, maybe you know me, maybe you don't...although, you and your people should definitely be familiar with me by this point.
But I digress, our governments have already established beneficial economic deals with one another, but it's my belief that we should go further than simple economic agreements. I believe that The Colonial Republic, and The Republic of Liberty could greatly benefit from some sort of joint security agreement, and other military related treaties, possibly followed by formal alliance, should our governments deem such a thing to be suitable.
It is to that end -- the formation of military related treaties, that I would very much like to meet with the Highest ranking member of your military, so that we might discuss this idea in a more detailed manner.
I do believe that improved military relations would be an important stepping stone on the road to an overall improvement in diplomatic relations between our nations.
Please, contact me personally, on this frequency, if a meeting to discuss such matters is in fact desirable to your people.

To Fleet Admiral R. A. Baker,
We wish to confirm the receipt of this transmission and also respond that the Republic's Military, as well as the Government, is taking interest in your proposition. Still, due to various reasons, no member of the Military Command is available to discuss this with you, for which we apologize and hope you will be able to wait while longer.
A pleasure to hear from you again, following that brief communication regarding the Royalist-supporting base in Coronado.
"Acting Admiral" also seems rather fitting, given my own position as highest ranking military officer for the Republic after Babchenko's retirement from illness. I also appear to act as a representative in civilian matters from time to time, but as you said, our nations have already covered that part. These negotiations should be refreshingly military.
We already have some agreements and treaties with Bretonia, some including our 'shared borders' in Magellan and Cortez. I had been intending to talk to them again given the developments since the last time and what will come in the future, but that is to be done later.
I would be honoured to talk on behalf of *laughs* my Republic, to your own. Although it is not necessary for any security purposes, I would suggest 'neutral ground'. Better than the long journey to Coronado, especially given that we do not exactly have fitting... conference facilities. I am sure the Guild would be willing to host us on Freeport 4, if that is deemed suitable.
