*After a few moments of static, the screen flickers in and out of focus revealing the view of a dark room. A shadowy figure moving about seems to jostle the camera before the view comes into focus revealing a woman taking a seat brushing some hair from her face.*
"Right... umm.. what should I..."
*The woman looks behind herself into the darkness as if paranoid of something behind her, she then turns to the camera once again with a sigh.*
"Ok, this is directed at the Lane Hacker Security Division. My Name is Siren Stone, I'm the current Station Master for Padua. I've been a member of the Liberty Rogues and now the Padua Liberty Rogues for going on four years. I've never questioned the orders given to me By Lord Moka, I've never disobeyed them. I have had doubts in the.. damn it, what is that??"
*She quickly stands up, moving into the darkness before a loud thud resonates from something seemingly kicked by the woman. "Stupid space heater" She then makes her way back to the chair, sitting down with an annoyed look.*
"So yeah, I've had doubts as to why I am where I am in life and what my purpose is, but.. I guess that's normal human nature. Heh, human nature. Ya know.. that's a concept I've never really put much thought into until these past few days... what it is to be human. I mean, humans have souls and lives that inanimate objects could never hope to achieve.. but what if we could... what if a Machine could live a real, full life. That would be wonderful I would think, after all, I've tried to do so all this time. I have friends, a man that loves me, people I trust, and a group I'm loyal to. Yet after that's all said and done, I still don't know if I'm real... If I'm actually here or simply leading a false life that I've been told to lead. I... I guess that's the reason I'm contacting you. I know that the Lane Hackers as well as most unlawful groups in Sirius are highly paranoid about the powers that be finding where they live, what they're doing and how they go about their business. I know that most criminals would rather shoot a naval officer than shake their hand, and I know that spies among our ranks are dealt with Harshly."
*She sits back in her chair, a pained and scared look on her face, as if death itself was standing over her shoulder.*
"I was just lucky I guess... that Lord Moka spared my life. But now, after meeting that man... I don't know. I'm beginning to question that choice, to question my own choices. Hell I'm beginning to question if I am what I've thought myself to be all this time, the one thing those bastards told me that I actually believed."
*She looks to the left, as if it hurt to look at the camera.*
"I've heard about your methods for interrogation and such... I know them to be harsh and unfeeling... and... I know there's a good chance that after everything is over, I'll be dead."
*She turns her attention to the camera once again, tears in her eyes.*
"But I have to take that chance. So I'm asking, will you send a Lane Hacker transport for me, I'll come quietly no complaints or resistance. I'm on Padua, you should know where that is, I won't ask for any special treatment, where you're taking me, or what will be done. I... I just have to know."
*She leans forwards tapping a few buttons before leaning back into her chair.*
"I'll leave this wave link open for a response, I can only hope that I am not what I think I am... I would love to see myself rid of those bastards once and for all."
*As the video feed cut out, a short final moment is captured where the woman turns to stand revealing a large mechanical port of sorts seemingly set in the base of her neck.*
In 48 hours from now an independent smuggler by the name Nicholas Bower will arrive at dock 11 on Padua Base with supplies of pharmaceuticals and leave approximately two hours later loaded with light arms. After unloading the freighter will be left unattended for approximately 20 minutes. The dock surveillance will be temporarily disabled.
