Message Contents: Dear Sir / Madam
As you may be aware, Borderworld Exports has recently initiated the development of a new holding in Planet New London's orbit. As is the case with our current installations, we would like to initiate a contract with your good selves to obtain Nanomembrane Filters. Specifically, we would be looking for your transports to haul in a one time bulk order of 20,000 units as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, we would like to look into the potential for a persistent contract for the periodic servicing and maintenance of the Wharf's air recycling and purification systems, as well as the costings that would entail. To aid in the conduction of these duties, we would also be prepared to offer Planetform office space aboard the Wharf from which a liaison officer (and a handful of other staff) could operate.
As I mentioned previously, the need for these goods is pressing. We can currently offer you a per-unit price of $3,000. The schedule BMM's construction crews are pushing for is punishing, so the need for the filters' installation cannot be understated. In light of this, I have also been authorised to put aside a $50,000,000 bonus payment which is set to reduce by $10,000,000 per day from the signing of this agreement.
We greatly anticipate your response.

Well it would seem that somewhere there was a screw up and I got your contract before Planetform's response in accepting the contract arrived at on your desk.. *shakes head* Paper pushers.. can never rely on them to get the paperwork done right or get it to those that need it.
Planetform has delivered the filters as requested and *checks watch* it would seem, within the time frame that was required.
If there is anything else that we at Planetform can do for you, please contact us without hesitation. I am sure that the signed contract will land on your desk at sometime soon. You can contact the Logistics Division about any further payments to be made.
Thank you for your business.

Lincoln appeared on screen with his usual smugness. “Ah Mr. Manning.
When I received your message I sent a memo to our express delivery division before I took the offer to the board.
As Mr. Odum has shown his express delivery division is beyond capable for a task such as this.”
Lincoln clicked a few things on his datapad. “So Mr. Manning here is Planetform’s Board of Director’s official notice that we accept your offer….”
He paused for couple seconds. “….and here is our notification that we have successfully completed the deliveries as requested.”
Lincoln looked over the portion of Ryan’s message concerning a long term contract. “But as to a persistent contract; it is the board’s opinion that would be beneficial for both companies. And your offer of an office space upon the installation is enticing and we welcome its signatory status of our burgeoning relationship.”
Lincoln paused for a second once more. “While we can nut out the details later, for now Mr. Manning farewell."
Lincoln nods a little. For the Queen and our profits.”
The screen fades to black and the message ends.

Message Contents: Dear Mr Caldwell
It was a pleasure doing business with your staff in the past, and their prompt and punctual delivery of good was nothing short of exemplary - we couldn't have expected anything less from our very own transports. In light of that, I can confirm that the timeframe bonus was transferred directly to the accounts of the PFI)Barrow to thank the captain for his extensive service.
However, it wasn't congratulations that lead me to contact you again. As it happens, we're planning for the next phase of our expansion, which will include vastly upsizing Canary Wharf's staff quarters, which will encompass both residential and commercial sectors. As you can imagine from a component that will have such a high concentration of personnel residing in it, we will need a new nanomembrane filtration network, and your technicians to help balance the new network's load across the older integrated systems.
Consequently, we'd like to order another 30,000 units of the filters to stockpile ready for when they're needed. Incidentally, it'd also be much appreciated if 5,000 units of Xenobiotic Filters could be dropped off for the same price. Notify me when that delivery has arrived, and I'll authorise access to a special storage bay where they can be put to one side.
The timeframes involved in this one are a lot laxer than our last request, so there's no real need to rush. Consequently, we're prepared to offer a flat $25,000,000 bonus provided the shipments are complete by the end of the month. As a side note, we've thrown up a few partition walls to create a temporary office space if you want to move some staff in. If not, we'll be creating a more permanent fixture for you within the staff expansion later this month.
Yours sincerely

Lincoln appeared on screen again. “Ah Mr. Manning.
It is nice to see you again and to hear your commendations of my…ah our staff.”
Lincoln looked down to his datapad. For the first time he looked impatient as if many other matter needed his attention. “So Mr. Manning, I’m not going to drag this talk out longer than it needs to be.”
He clicked a few things on his datapad. “I’ve authorised the acceptance of your offer and we will endevour to have the requested 30,000 units of Nanomembrane filters to the quartermaster on Canary Wharf Station before the end of the calendar month.
On top of all this we will bring a further 5,000 units of Xenobiotic filters and I have instructed our devoted staff that this is the priority product.
Lincoln checked to see if anything else was missed. Concluding he had covered enough he looked off screen before looking back to the camera. “Once all these meetings are done with Mr. Manning I personally shall come and visit yourself to discuss in detail these staff quarters you’re offering us. But for now, may the Queen live long and prosper."
The screen starts to fade to black and the message ends.
Runs a hand through his hair to straighten it the best he can before flipping on the camera.
Greetings Mr Manning.
As a devoted staff member of Planetform, Inc. I have just finish making a couple deliveries to Canary Wharf Station in an attempt to get this... um.. rather large order in on time.
I have run into a snag in trying to expedite the priority order of Xenobiotic filters... When I told your dock master that I had a cargo hold full of them he told me in rather interesting terms that the station wasn't accepting them. On showing him the order form he rather rudely informed me what I could do with those same filters, which had I attempted would have been rather painful to say the least, and told me to get off his station. So to keep relations, I backed out of the docking slot and rented come cargo storage space on New London to await the ability to deliver the Filters.
*takes another look at his order sheet and shakes head*
Okay.. now on to the Nanomembrane Filters.. So far I have been able to deliver 3 loads of them but am unsure just where you are planning on putting the rest of the order. I looked over the order form and then checked with one of the dock hands and I am still not sure were you plan on putting 3,000,000 Nanomembrane Filters. I know that you are wanting these filters in a timely manner and will strive to do my best to get them to you on time.
I have included the Delivery Confirmations with this message.
If you get back to me on these issues as soon as possible I would appreciate. I will continue delivering the Nanomembrane Filters either until the order if filled or you have run out of storage space.. I honestly hope it will be with having filled the order. That large of an order will make a very nice payday for me...
Thank you for your business.

I am unsure where you have obtained an order for three million filters - that certainly wasn't the request we filed. Perhaps you've got your wires crossed somewhere? Currently, we are looking to obtain 30,000 units in order to meet demands for a service expansion as well as keep a stock in reserve for replacements and refits. By my count, there's another 12,000 to go.
We did also request that you contact myself or another logistics order prior to attempting the delivery of the Xenobiotic Filters. They have been allocated floorspace in an access restricted warehouse, meaning our cargo handlers have not been instructed to accept them normally. Hopefully we'll be able to work a delivery schedule out amicably in the future.
Yours sincerely

Sighs and mutters... " I knew it was to good to be true" as he looks forlornly at the copy of the order dispatch and sees all the visions of the credits earned flushing down the drain.
Greetings again Mr Manning..
Much as I hate to see that size order get cut down, I had a suspicion that some where some paper pushing pansy has had one to many Champagne Fizzes with lunch, *makes note to self to track down said pansy and introduce them to the many uses of a single hole punch... * and couldn't see the keyboard.. or the screen and just typed as many zeros as they thought should be there.
I appreciate you getting back to me as quickly as you did on this issue and will be taking it up with my distribution dispatcher to get this rather unfortunate situation on my end cleaned up.
*Slips O'Leary a couple bottles of good whiskey before ever submitting his order form, just to make sure everything goes smoothly*
Greetings again Mr Manning..
I am happy to announce that Planetform has delivered all but the last few Xenobiotic Filters (does his best not to glare over at O'Leary enjoying another cup of his "special" coffee. I have included the delivery confirmations for your records.
*Sighs softly in frustration and looks at the last couple boxes of filters, ponders a moment, flags down the nearest dock worker and insists he makes room, whether O'Leary likes it or not. Grabbing the last 3 boxes he hands them to the guy and watches as he stuffs the last of them into the holding area with the rest.*
I really didnt have much of a choice and your dock master was no where to be found (pretends not to hear the loud snoring coming from under the tarp beside a pile of goods), but I really needed to have an empty hold. I had one of your dock hands take the last boxes. I do hope this is not going to be a problem.
If you need anything else, please feel free to contact Lincoln Caldwell for all your needs. One other thing, if there are any bonuses pending, please contact Lincoln on where to direct the payment to.

Again, I would like to thank you gentlemen for your prompt service. We've had the delivered filters stowed away in the correct warehouse now, and other than the minor spat with our loading crew, I would say your contract completion has been professional and prompt.
As promised, the full bonus yield of $25,000,000 is eligible for award, so an account destination would be appreciated. No doubt we will also be in contact shortly as soon as the latest round of renovations are completed and formal office space is available.
Yours sincerely
