Its indeed been some time since I found myself within the Omegas and Omicrons that the Cretan nation controls. A long time ago, prior to the fall of the Violet Suns, you and I had some shared words, and I offered you information on external events, should the need arise. That offer stands, of course. I have found myself in a bit of a situation, that perhaps you and the Council would be willing to review. A ship that has recently joined my associates and I is in need of minor repairs, yet we lack the facilities to make and maintain the vessel.
So, I would like to request temporary access to Tripoli Shipyard, so the vessel, a Libertonian Monument-Class Dreadnought, can receive the necessary maintenance from its crew and my technicians. We can provide the materials and men, and are willing to submit to the necessary security protocols you would put in place. We are also able to provide food rations, or other resources your nation might require or request. Once the Monument's engine manifold and reactors are repaired, and its weapon systems replaced and serviced, we'll be out of your hair.
I leave the decision up to you, and await your response.
I was surprised, to say the least, when my fleet sent me images of your forces attacking our home, as I sat patiently waiting for a response. Now it seems, we need to relocate. Truly though, I am shocked that it has come to this. I had hoped for a peaceful resolution with the warships in question.
Seems I was wrong.
Is this your response to my request?
Do words no longer suit the great Council of Elders?
Mister Hunt, if thats how you want to call yourself. I might have a short memory, perhaps, but I do not know a thing about who are you and what information you offered me. I do know that Corsair Laws do not allow uninvited Capital vessels to feel themself at home within' out turf. Also I havent seen anywhere in laws about unauthorised bases are allowed to grow around the place like mushrooms. So, mr. Hunt, our warriors did what they are supposed to - to defend our space from uninvited guests on big ships. Clearly that Dreadnought wasnt a passanger Liner to them, and that Gunboat of yours clearly wasnt a research civilian vessel either.
We could talk some more about repairs for your ship or anything else, but that base incident made me quite upset. I had my well-earned winter holiday vacation, and you used this as opportunity to set up shop on outskirs of my Empire. For ruining my vacation I shall say big ugly NO to you, dear sir. You may contact me after some weeks for me to calm my nerves, and perhaps yours too, for whatever your originally wanted to speak of. However, if my warriors shall see your ship or any your base in our space again at this point - you are going to be turned into toast. Corsairs Empire isnt a refugee camp, nor volonteer organisation - we dont help unknown people. Adios.

Once again, I'm in awe that you would forget your own words. I have always had the utmost respect for your empire, but when situations like this arise without so much as a word, it costs lives, not money. In this case, it costs both. I do apologize for dragging you out of your vacation, but when my own time is wasted, then I am left with no choice. I never claimed those vessels as research ships or civilian passanger craft. They're warships. My warships. They are my family, much like your warriors are yours. We value each craft we posess, as there are few.
I dare say, its quite sad when a nation I once aided has shunned me and my people, for actions that anyone of your own could commit. I have fought alongside your warriors against the Artificial intelligence threat in Kappa, I've aided in repelling Outcast incursions, and now you've forgetten where I stood. What a shame.
I lost well over a dozen, good people in the evacuation process of that aged facility. They didnt have families, or a purpose in life after losing everything, to the greatest threat our species has known to date. One, we are actively combatting, that your rivals in the Omicrons worship as gods. We held the line, and now that line has been broken, by people I once called friend, and who called me the same.
So, I implore you to reconsider, and think really hard on previous relations. I am a friend, who you just stabbed in the back.
Firstly - Violet Suns business with you were their's problems. Elders tolerated your presense there because we could slap their heads if your name would cross our desk. Let me remind you one simple thing - you are NOT a Corsair - thus you hardly have what it takes for the job.
Secondly - nowhere were said you can bring more of your nonCorsair friends with you. Especially on a Dreadnought. Especially with a very own Base.
Thirdly - Javier was the guy in charge of Suns, not you. You were told to step down from their ranks and Elder Rodrigo de la Guerra agreed on this. Two elders voice against yours? No need to be scientist to figure your odds.
Fourthly - we had all kinds of people helping us against mutual enemies. More then half of them shot us in a back after fight was over. We dont trust outsiders, you should have known at least that much.
I dont remember I called you a friend as well. You might think I was kind and cheerful, but in fact I just was lazy to kick you out. Get this in your head, please, YOU ARE NOT A CORSAIR! You cant live with us, you cant fly on capital ships near us, you cant build bases close to ours. End of discussion.

I think its pretty obvious that I am not a Corsair. Yet, I know where my loyalties are. For someone who represents a nation based around honor, you're lacking in that department. Javier is long dead. Heart attack, much like the Suns.
Those vessels arent very combat capable, as was the original point of this transmission, which has now devolved into the dissolvement of relations between myself and a nation I faithfully served. You know not all outsiders will betray you, I was one who didnt, nor did I intend on so.
You, your nation, and all that you once stood for? A joke, as far as we're concerned after this.
