Can it be that some of you are still a little on the "counter attack", aggro mood of yesterday?
Every sort of "cap hugging" (which was by no means exclusive to Sair side, just saying) could have been avoided if you guys had just left in the caps after the cap show was over. You could have even brought fighters and participated in a meaningful way. But sitting there, complaining? I do not know.
What this has to do with dislike or contempt or Tau fighting or anything not linked to this one interaction, I do not understand. I'll not comment and go down that road.
And one more little note: You held the cap fire because I reminded everybody of the event rules. The engagement notice of the Solaris Storta was already done and it had already started to fire. However, I appreciate that it stopped and afterwards caps stayed out. That was a good job done at leadership and I perfectly know that it can be really annoying and hard to keep others out as well.
Vito covered the "broken ship" part. I can only +1 that, even if I would have used a different wording.
If there were "loldie" engagement notices, report them. But - let's face it - it was a pew event. So, yes: I agree "Die now!" roleplay is not cool, but tbh I have not seen any (however, I died somewhere mid-fight).
All I see is still a lot of negativity and an expectation that an interaction will be bad.
I guess this mood is the best recipe to actually make interactions go bad reliably.
