Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to my inability to provide a continual supply of goods designed to upgrade your defensive systems as agreed.
I Jake_Holiday, take pride in ensuring customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, I did not meet your expectations or my own expectations. Upon thorough review of the situation, I narrowed the cause to misunderstanding and poor communication within the system.
As a testament to my strive for perfection, I have taken steps to ensure that this will never happen again. However, I feel that due to circumstances beyond my control, I may not be able to enter the system your base is sited in again.
As a result of my serious oversight, I am looking at upgrading my transport to provide my customer(s) the assurance that their ordered equipment will not be interrupted due simply to a lack of fire power within the transport for the defence of my customer’s order.
I deeply valued your Bases relationship with myself and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me.
sorry for the *désagrément* caused by a lake of com between the army and us cabane, we have appreciated your service and for it, if you are always interested to work with us, we can propose to purchase a council transport who will be allowed, or help you to buy it!
All things are possible, as discussed with your agent I was and remain open to helping your base with its continued efforts to add to your defences and thus also aid the added defence of the system entrance.
Should the purchase of a ship be required and Council allegiance be a requisite I will give this matter consideration, given that the Council Head Quarters sanctions such a move/change.
