Herren;
The plannified repairs we discussed quite some time ago have still not been finished. The Rheinland Militär requires its assets elsewhere and despite that Dresden has been held ever since step 2 of Operation MRGA, the Altenburg fleet must return to completely operable state. Any other result would be deemed a failure.
We are the migthy workers of Rheinland. Let us stand together one more time.
Hochachtungsvoll

Sehr geehrter Herr Admiral Steer,
It's always a pleasure to get a communication from a person that is serving for Rheinland and to give his life for our great Rei...*he stops for a second* Republik.
In the past few months, Daumann got quite alot of new and active employees who are doing a good job, our trading section increased and we are ready to repair the Altenburg.
The repair list is ready, if you wish to see it, just say a word.

『Guten tag Admiral Sterr,
Allow me to please apologize in the delay in responding to you with a list of materials needed to repair the Altenburg. I would just like to update you, Friedrich Müller, has infact gone missing, we are unaware on his location, where he could be, who he was with, if he was flying his vessel, so I have taken over as CEO of Daumann Heavy Construction. I am Lacey von Erich. It is a pleasure to be speaking with you sir.
The list of repair materials we have come up with after taking at look at the damages of the Altenburg and this is what we have come up with;
『Admiral, it would be appreciate if you can get back to us as soon as possible so we can get our employees straight on this job as our main priority. But there is a small request I would like to ask for our security division.
After I took over CEO, I opened up our archives of our security wings and our security division and our assets are on the old side of things as well as we are low on numbers, so I would like to request from the Military for the Daumann Heavy Construction Security Division to be granted access and authorization to purchase six (6) Wraith Very Heavy Fighters and six (6) Bergelmir Bombers to assist with our security division. The location of these ships will include the three (3) Wraith Very Heavy Fighters and the three (3) Bergelmir Bombers we already have been granted access to. So the location of these ships will be split into three per station and our main priority is protecting and defending our convoy's as well as our mining operations. Omega 11, Omega 7 and Munich will be the location for these ships if you sir will grant us them.
Fräulein, attempting to claim a prize before getting the job done isn't going to cut it. Your request may be forwarded at a later date once the Altenburg fleet has been properly nursed.

『Admiral,
I was not attempting to claim anything, it was a request to help protect my employees in war zones where the Red Hessian Army are strong in force. But I understand what you are saying and allow me to apologize for a request to build the security wings of Daumann Heavy Construction.
The Daumann transport captains are preparing to move all the materials required to make the repair on the Altenburg, they will be leaving within the next twenty four hours (24), I am unable to tell you precisely how long it could take, but we will place this as our main priority for the moment.

『Most appreciative for offering us escort support throughout Dresden, our employees are ready to move out and a delivery report relay station will be opening up shortly to make sure we have a correct count of repair materials needed to make it a smooth and quick job.

I am happy to announce that after months of work by our engineering crews and shipping division, the repair project of the mighty Altenburg is near complete; our crews are running some more final tests and will be departing with our on-site assets in the next 24-48 hours.
I have received a debriefing report from our project manager overseeing this project and have attached it for your review:
Ing. Holmström Wrote:The objective of this project was to repair and perform maintenance on the Battleship Altenburg. The battleship sustained heavy damage to multiple parts of the ship and required inspection, evaluation and project planning to restore its ‘combat-ready’ status to 100% while active in the field.
Initial inspection of the Altenburg revealed noticeable external damage resulted from recent engagements that were classified as PRIORITY.
- Preliminary evaluation estimated the need for roughly 20.000-30.000 units of hull segments to be shipped from Alster to Dreseden. However, upon closer inspection, it was deemed that the initial estimates far exceeded what was actually needed. Nevertheless the damaged section that were beyond repairs have been salvaged and are ready to be shipped out at the admiralty's order.
- Sections of the ships that sustained the heaviest damaged received replacements and were further reinforced by ablative armour plating to provide that extra layer of protection in order to augment hull integrity.
- Significant work was also done to repair the electronics and avionics systems among others. Many modules were underperforming or exerting extra load on other systems in order to compensate. Repairs were also made to the defensive systems, particularly to shields as they suffered from the same issues as the electronics systems, though nothing significant that would put the safety of the ship at immediate risk.
- Daumann’s Arms Division in conjunction with RM's on site weapons systems experts were responsible for managing the shipping, handling, repairs and maintenance of the weapons systems of the fleet.
Further significant improvements can be made at the admiralty’s discretion but it would require the Altenburg to be out of service for quite some time, which can only be deemed as suboptimal.
Rest assured, the current adjustments, repairs and upgrades to all systems are up to par and meet our highest engineering standards.

Should you require a more in-depth and detailed report, Altenburg's chief engineer will have everything and can provide you with more information as our teams were working closely together on this project.
This project was special for us, considering Altenburg's role in Dresden. As always, we are proud to be serving our mighty Militär and eagerly look forward to collaborating closely on future projects and contracts.
