A pleasure to make your acquaintance. As you may have already noticed, a certain individual have, in fact, bested you in earning the contract. However, this is not exactly correct; the quota for the Freeport Four have already been handed out to a different contractor, however, it does not mean the Guild has nothing to offer to the Congress.
The second quota for Cardiff have been temporarily suspended due to it's territorial location, however, we have high hopes for this little argument with Bretonia government will end favourably for us.
I will keep you updated on the progress and, should we be able to offer you that quota - i will notify you immediately; for now, we may proceed with discussing the conditions if you find it necessary now or postpone this discussion to the moment of more certainty regarding that quota.
Miss Ludenberg.
So this project within Cambridge is about the Cardiff wreck, then.
Very well.
In your original comm, you spoke of a salvage operation.
You say that work on the location is currently suspended.
For the Congress, it is important to know if you officially gain the grant for working on and removing the wreckage of this installation.
Any discussion about the exact amount would need to be postponed.
That doesn't stop us from talking about the basis of the contract, though.
A certain vessel that your organization produces has attracted our interest and I sincerely hope that I am not committing a social faux pas here.
The IMGT-8C, generally known as the "Shishapangma", is a comparatively slim and agile transport with good defenses. The Congress would be interested in acquiring a number of them, unless this is something that you wouldn't agree to. If this should be the case, then I apologize beforehand.
As you've said yourself, any work will need to be delayed until it is decided if you obtain a grant from the Bretonian government or not. Furthermore, any payments or technological exchanges would also need to be based on the amount of work necessary.
After all, it is easy to remove the remains of a station from their position. What's more difficult is doing so while there's an active trade route nearby.
I'm not dead set on this specific exchange, mind you.
I simply wanted to carefully ask if your group even considers giving these vessels in exchange for work on this project of yours.
