Bowex Director and Director of Trade,
Greetings from all Bowex of Bretonia and those scattered throughout this beautiful universe the Queen and all the Government of Bretonia.
Friend Caitlyn Cross, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Orbital Spa and Cruise; made an enthusiastic proposal for a project that we considered viable and gave our positive endorsement. Attached document here.
We have long wanted to have something that would give us back to the times gone by, when the war has plagued us. Not to be caught by the sad nostalgia of reminding our people and other allies involved in suffering and disdain of what was one of the greatest battles ever fought in our living space, but as I understood in the proposed proposal of OS&C: memorize and have these reasons to prevent through the education of the current generation and the future, the nullity that war leads humanity with all the nonsense resulting from such war actions.
From what I understand, all this will result in a remarkable project. Great and memorable. Maybe even profitable. Who knows?
The fact is that OS&C intends to bear the expenses and human resources. I offered to share my work office with the team of engineers and command with OS&C until the facility attacha to Station Durhan is operational for their command team. I also offered cozy accommodations to their workforce staff along with our staff and all other advantages, such as dormitory, cafeteria, cleanliness, leisure and etc.
So we notify this cohesive house that we are promptly awaiting the parameters and implementation of this project on the part of OS&C.
Bowex awaits continuity for such a realization for joy and preventive educational instruction against war on our young people.
Health for every house in Bretonia. Karl Lower

Mr Lowes,
Your letter has found its way to the Office for Tourism and Heritage and we are all pleased about its contents. I can confirm that we will request funds from the government to invest in the project should it prove to be profitable after a year of doing business. I would be happy to invest this very moment, but due to the Kingdom's financial misfortunes our department is forced to save money and not invest in something that has not yet proven its potential. Tourism is not exactly the priority yet, sadly, but we hope that will change next year.
I would like to thank Bowex for your devotion and I hope it will pay off, to all of us.
David Spender
