I will just agree with the others: No; You cant change any Zoner Capital Ship ID's. The Zoner Guard ID is needed to fly with these vessel but there's more...Flying such ship got plenty of rules with them to be aware of wich wont make you really happy if you only want to Pew Pew things instead of only RP on it. Take a look around for the rules of the ship and think twice.
IF you really want to buy it go ahead and I say congratulations on your ship, but just know what you're doing;)

1. It's meant to be a Rare Ship, while it's one of the most common capital ships around, and many of those who fly one of these, don't really RP it as what it should be (A Colonization Ship). I've seen more Weapon Dealer Jinkusus than a mobile Freeport or a Colony Ship.
2. It's One of the Largest flying objects in game, It's slow, It's fat and it doesn't really have enough Firepower or Hull to make up for its Size & Agility, So... Even a pair of Bombers can blast it with ease.
3. If you decide to fly such a ship, you'll have to stick to Omegas and Omicrons, because entering House Space means running into trouble with that House's Military faction... And in Borderworlds, Zoners are getting shot at by couple of major factions, so it's not a really good place to be in, with a Zoner Capital Ship.
And because of 1 and 2, many of those who see a Jinkusu think "Oooh, Target Practice! Let's blast it away!" and will find an excuse to shoot you - And trust me, you won't survive long, even with a Cap8.

Also, about the ID and Ship/Equipment combo, check the link in Spazzy's post. You'll notice that the Zoner (Guard) ID is the only faction which is Green to Zoner Tech, and also allows capital ships. If you want to fly a Jinkusu with another ID (From White Cells), you can give it a try and put some outstanding RP together and then request a Jinkusu from Zoner Official Factions. If your story is good enough, I don't see why they wouldn't approve.
