Current Leader:Hibiki Kamida Second in Command:Kaito Kamida
About the Kamida Assembly
The Kamida Assembly is the name given to the militant movement within Kusari against the corporate powers which they believed were corrupt. The movement itself focuses on removing the power from these corrupt businesses and shifting this power towards an Imperial system of government.
To achieve this the Assembly are known to perform 'piracy' raids on such corporate transports, allowing them not only to monitor the flow of resources throughout Kusari but also to gain resources through such acts - this flow of materials are one of the few life lines the Assembly have at their disposal.
As well as holding a militant presence in Kusari the Assembly also have a small civilian population, most of which stem from the original population who followed the Kamida off Kyushu. These people are those who have been considered unfit to fight for whatever reason, this civilian population for the moment serve a very limited amount of needs, although they are seen to when able help out the Assembly in whatever way they can - be that by helping with ship creation or good distribution.

Kamida Assembly Capital Ships
These are the capital ships currently under the ownership of the Kamida Assembly.
All commodities unless stated under, 'Confiscate Only' or 'Permitted items', are banned by the Kamida Assembly, and fines MAY be levied to pilots holding these items.
This includes all imports, and exports, to/from Kusari by large company vessels, unless stated under 'Permitted Items', or 'Confiscated Only Substances'.
Confiscate Only Substances
These materials are considered to be to valuable to risk falling to enemy hands.
Should these be found on a trader they should be confiscated, and either taken to a nearby base allied to the Assembly, or destroyed.
Substances listed here, CANNOT be left unattended and so must be destroyed before leaving the area.
Miscellaneous: Synth Foods - As Stated Below Under ''Synth Foods, Vessels / Commodities found on ships.''
Military Materials: Military Vehicles Light Arms - If over 5 units. Nuclear Devices Munitions
Permitted Items
The following Commodities are permitted by the Kamida Assembly, and so fines CANNOT be levied to pilots holding these items:
Natural Foods Produce: Kyushu Rice
Tea
Water
Food Rations
Living Products: Passengers
Scientists
VIPs'
Prisoners
NOTE: Should Scientists, Vips' or Prisoners be held by a pilot, they are ONLY permitted if carried by groups not currently held in disregard by the Assembly - unfriendly and hostile groups.
Corporate Vessels Throughout Kusari
All vessels under the employ of a corporate company, unless other wise stated, should be fined according to the seriousness of their crime. This fine however is at the lenience of the Assembly vessel who has caught the criminal in question. Although it is suggestible that a minimum of five hundred thousand credits, per thousand units of cargo, which the criminal in question is carrying.
Corporate vessels are considered vessels who are carrying over one thousands units, under this are considered minor amounts and should be ignored unless other wise stated.
Unlike Synth foods vessels, as stated under 'Synth Foods, Vessels / Commodities found on ships.', standard corporate vessels can be fined multiple times, without destruction. However this is at the lenience of the Assembly ship which is dealing with the trader in question. As well as this the fines, and how they increase, is at the mercy - or brutality - of the pilot in question. All pilots in the Assembly are bound by the principle that while they may be able to have free reign with regards to fees they must remember that they can be held accountable for their actions.
Vessels are not often destroyed, but are instead fined because this way the Assembly can leach away at large companies profits without necessarily wasting resources.
Opening Fire on Corporate Vessels
All Assembly pilots should remember that every actions they do is under the direct influence of the Assembly, and so any/all actions should be made with the utmost consideration and care. This care should be considered to the greatest degree when considering opening fire on a trading vessel, since the careless waste of life is frowned upon. In general Assembly ships may fire on trading vessels if:
1. They refuse to pay a fine issued too them.
2. Attempt to escape from an Assembly pilot, after being given the instruction to cut their engines.
3. Insult the Assembly pilot, to a valid degree.
4. Open fire on the Assembly pilot - for whatever reason.
If any of the following scenarios stated above are expressed, or carried out, by any trader against an Assembly pilot then the pilot is allow to open fire, and kill the suspect. Even should the transport surrender it is at the mercy of the Assembly pilot affected to either increase the fine or too kill the trader in question.
Corrupt Corporate Companies
The Following are considered 'Corrupt' under the Kamida Assemblys perspective:
Libertonian Companies (Synth Foods, DSE, Interspace, Ageria, Universal) NOTE:Cryer are viewed suspiciously although they deal with medicines why in many ways the Kamida Family have relied on, in its most recent form their products have been used aid in Hibiki's recovery.
Synth Foods, Vessels / Commodities found on ships.
Any vessels found to be under the employment of Synth foods, or to be carrying - any amount of - any type of Synth Foods material are to be treated in a different manner to those of standard corporate employees.
The ship in question should be firstly stopped and questioned regarding their activities. Then an affirmative action, appropriate to the crime, be acted upon.
Freelancer / Non Synth Foods Vessel
1st Offence:Their cargo is confiscated and destroyed.
2nd Offence:Again their cargo is confiscated and a fine of two million credits, per thousand units, is placed on the vessel.
3rd Offence:By this point it is clear that the ship has no intention of stopping and should be destroy with impunity.
Synth Foods Vessels
1st Offence:Again their cargo is confiscated and a fine of two million credits, per thousand units, is placed on the vessel.
2nd Offence:By this point it is clear that the ship has no intention of stopping and should be destroy with impunity.
