Claus Hartmann;
1) We have taken two steps forward and one step backwards. Our previous, existing contract in this area, which should still be valid as the Bundestag has not yet nullified it, did not impose a cargo limit for the quantity of Cobalt per transport. Unless this was a mistake of some kind, I must question why you have proposed such a limitation. Alternatively, we can accept the shortfall compensation in Sirius Credits, at a rate of 75,000,000 SC per month.
2) I am sure that Daumann will be as disappointed as we are by this decision, particularly at a time when cargo and vessel insurance prices have skyrocketed due to the tension between Rheinland and Interspace Commerce. Traditionally, it has been cheaper to insure cargo which travels by the Gate/Lane Network, rather than through open space.
3) This does not require further discussion until we receive a copy of the contract.
4) I believe there may be something "lost in translation" here. Could you elaborate on the manner in which you agree? The Board assumes you intend to permit Ageira to trade in the goods previously suggested.
1) Apparently, there was no total agreement about the limit after I had contacted you and the Bundestag voted again and post factum rejected the idea behind the limitation of refined Cobalt. Ageira have the right to transport unlimited Cobalt to Liberty, as it had before.
2)We do understand your point and we will discuss it in the future, when economic crisis is the past.
4)The prevously suggested goods are permitted to Ageira, that's why we've agreed with this section before.

Claus Hartmann;
That is all very well then. Ageira Technologies operations will resume in Rheinland once the publicly available Laws of Rheinland are updated to reflect these changes... and we have regained contact with our offices on Bonn Station.
