Konnichiwa Patterson-san. I'm addressing this to you, because you previously were involved in deals with Kishiro Technology and tried to warm relations between our great Houses and our corporations.
Sadly it did not go well last time, but I believe sensible progress was made and it's time to move forward and for us to try to restore trade between our houses.
Perhaps if the Bretonia government would lift th ban on Kusari trade vessels in it's space we could lobby our own government to do the same. This would not only benefit our corporations but will also boost economy of our Houses and as we believe, Bretonia needs every credit right now.
It also might be not that simple as we believe for our governments to reach agreement, mainly because of Exiles in Bretonia space, but we hope that you will do your best to get clearance at least for Kishiro vessels to operate inside Bretonia, and we will do the same from our end.
We await a reply from Bowex on this channel.

Good day to you! I must confess I wasn't expecting a message from Kishiro today, especially a personal one from the CEO himself. We live in strange days indeed. A pleasure to make your acquaintance, sir. Unless I am much mistaken, my last liasion with your company first involved a Kaito Neimann, followed by another Salvador Evans. This was in relation to Port Talbot, and a contract for Honshu Optronics. Your people performed splendidly and dropped the goods off most briskly - they were a credit to your company's fine reputation. Regrettably, it seems communication on your own end ceased after we transferred the final payment. Still, no matter - we can pick up now where we left off then.
Following the conclusion of our previous contract, we did make enquires with certain... "friendly" politicians as to the legal status of Kusari's foremost corporation. They seemed amicable to our suggestions, provided the offer was reciprocated within your own borders. Given Kishiro's lack of response to our update, we assumed you had perhaps been unable to secure a similar deal on your end. We consequently lost motivation ourselves. We'd be most happy to pick up that particular baton once more, should you be able to extend a more concrete offer of trade rights. I know you fellows have already let that blasted Gateway lot in, so the legal basis is there and ripe for use.
As for the Exiles themselves - Bowex has no interest in aiding them beyond basic humanitarian sustenance. It's most unsightly to have fellows of any calling starving and spreading disease on your front lawn, after all. Besides, it was you chaps who marooned them here in the first place - a fact we're most unhappy about ourselves, doncha know? I can't see why your government'd quibble about them respecting the decree of exile by remaining outside of Kusari's borders. Still, I'm no politician and cannot profess to understand the way their minds work. Let us hope they leave more practical affairs to us businessmen, ey?
Yours in service to the Crown, Realm and all of its Peoples.

Konnichiwa Patterson-san. Hai, the past few months were difficult for Kishiro, but now are all stabilised, and we are ready to move forward.
I also received news that parliament is considering a proposal to lift the ban on Bowex vessels in Kusari space, but the Democracy party hasn't voted yet and I'm afraid their vote depends on a decision made by the government of Bretonia and on Bowex support in this case. So let's get back to our deal hai?
We have high expectations of friendship and understanding from Bowex.

Not to worry, I'm sure Bowex can work its magic! The current Prime Minister was once a Bowex Director of Operations, y'know? We'll bend the ear of the Royalist Party and see if we can't get this thing rolling. If your politicians are willing to vote in favour (as you suggested), I'd recommend you have them contact our chaps as a sign of good faith. I'm sure they can hash out the finer details from there.

Konnichiwa Patterson-san. With sadness I'm informing that decision to allow bretonia crown corporations in kusari was postponed for indefinite time.
Inability of opposition to accept changes and their so obvious hate towards bretonians forced them to use all dirty tricks they only could to sabotage voting. And in the end it was decided to postponed voting. But it's in my great hope that in future we will restore good relation between our great houses, no matter what.

Our Director of Operations is currently meeting with a delegate from the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Skills. We have Sir Cromwell's word that our man will be passing on his findings to the Minister, who will then set the relevant legislation in motion.
I would suggest you give your politicians the word, and have them contact the Bretonian government in order to negotiate the terms most beneficial for both of our Houses.
