For almost two decades we have been waging a war against the Daam K'Vosh artefacts, ignoring all reason. The prohibition of trade and even possession stubbornly clings on, despite its rotting foundations - foundations that are made out of an untangible and at times preposterous fear.
We are being told that the artefacts are dangerous, harmful objects that should be tightly controlled by the ever vigilant guardians of peace and order. If, for a brief moment, we take the claims that artefacts are indeed dangerous, an even more frightening prospect emerges.
Even as professional as they are, law-enforcement services cannot stop every single smuggler. With every smuggler that passes by unnoticed, the chances of dangerous material entering our lives increases! Surely those willing to protects us, the citizens of Rheinland, definitely feel a shiver go down their backs at that thought. Wouldn't it be better for every single artefact to pass a legal, organised checkpoint before reaching our planets? Wouldn't legalisation hamper criminal groups operating among us? Wouldn't our state's budget be bolstered by a new wave of tax money?
And yet, not even one solid piece of evidence supporting the prohibition has emerged in all these years. Are we really obliged to blindly follow a doctrine that has its roots in the Republic of Liberty? That is one thing we should not forget, the first to even think of outlawing something as harmless as remnants of a civilisation long gone, are today our enemies.
Considering it all, there is nothing to lose by legalisation. May this communication channel serve as a place of discussion for all those like-mined and those strongly against. Perhaps, with time we will succeed. For the better of Rheinland.

Let us make one point abundantly clear. Ignoring the fact that the relics of a technologically advanced race, which may vary from weapons to hazardous waste to paperweights, are not things to be treated like the ornamental adornments that many believe them to be, the Artifact trade stems directly from the Corsairs.
Every Artifact you see in circulation is financial support to the very pirates and terrorists that wish nothing more than to kill and plunder the citizens of the Rhein. Make no mistake, every credit that the Corsair receives is a credit that will be used for feeding, arming, and propagating terror and violence within Rheinland.
Until the purchase of Artifacts is no longer complicit with the murder and looting of innocents, it will remain illegal. Those selfish and shortsighted enough to trade the blood of Rheinland civilians for mere trinkets will be hunted and made to pay for their crimes.

Our leader was killed, and now i am on line.
We are always ready to help.
