Ok well if the RP is going one way to the return of the phantoms...why when i asked didnt i get a response. My story was locked down without any real reason as to why the Phantoms cannot be played in this server. As for the RP it was going well both on Comms and In-Game.
Can someone please explain it to me?
I thought this was a game to have fun, not just get shut/shot down suddenly. Because it doesnt make sense.

Even by your own rules i cannot for another two months apply for the I.D. if it was available. As the Von do not have that much disco rp suffiecient to warrant it...
If the case is you dont want the phantoms back then can you delete them from this next update.

Terrorist i guess yes or K'Hara. For the last you have to prove yourself into an recruitment. Ak nomad language and knowledge of nomads. More of this you could ask Nosferath or Moveit56

I think it explains enough. The ones still having phantom ships (if they are not gone already) will be deleted if admins find them.

AD provided a perfectly good explanation as to why the group won't be deleted from the mod in your locked thread - other servers make use of the assets, even if we don't.
The Phantoms themselves were a legacy of Discovery's earlier days and don't at all fit into the current mod. The faction itself was a failed experiment towards the end, and not one we want to see repeated. The group's intended purpose doesn't do anything except antagonise other players and cause bad blood.

That is the reason. Simply, Phantoms are not allowed anymore on Disco 24/7 RP server, but stayed in mod because they exist on other servers which use Disco mod.
Try apply for Terrorist ID, but it is quite difficult and long way I think. It is much more easy to play group of exist unlawful group, but yes, you have to respect their ZOI. If you want mad terrorists, Xenos are your first choice.
Terrorist I.D replaced the phantoms as far as I know, but the phantoms can be brought back in double quick time if there was any good reason, which is why this post was made, to give a reason. I don't think they will ever bring the phantoms back, but the old corsair cruiser ( i.e umbrage ) should still be available to groups dedicated for say.. terrorism
Edit 2 : Or atleast under SRP and from what ive seen you guys.. you don't really act like hessians but more like nomads ( yup real terrorists alright ) but others will simply not give you the chance because those days are long gone, obviously the people here are rushed to close this post, really sad.
Edit 3 : Jammi, with all due respect you have made the same mistake with the nomad id, so if you consider that as something else than a mistake, cut them some slack. I wonder why true rp-wise terorrists such as "nomads" are open to the public and plain terrorists are not. Both movements have goals, the quick get out of jail free card is to tell people to be either nomad or outcasts, easy solutions to get rid of complicated and exciting ideas are transperent and everyone can see that. I find it deeply distrubing as to how the people here portray these things, like " you wanna shoot people? be a nomad!/outcast/corsair and the list goes on " - it looks as if hard work does not pay off.
Since you seem to be wanting the simplest and easiest solution, here's my suggestion:
Drop your cruisers and grab gunboats with pirate IDs. That way you'll have unrestricted ZoI and can go on doing the same thing you've been doing, without being in violation of the rules.
Sorry to be the one who brings you this bad news, but you can't have it all. Have to pick between one perk or another and sacrifice an advantage or two in the process.

Pirate ID is not the same as terrorists and I think as soon as they try to act like that people will shower them with reports. I don't know the details but im sure they would rather stick to one or two zones of sectors in sirius but have a go on the terrorism role.
The Phantoms are gone and will not be coming back, I disbanded them for good a long time ago, because that is what we, as Phantom faction, decided to be the best for us and the server.
If you want to create a terrorist faction, do so, but build it up yourself, with your own ideas and work. Please do not take parts of things that others did such a long time ago.
There is a reason that the Phantoms are gone, respect it and start your own 'terrorist' faction if you have to. A bit of creativity is all you need really.
