I don't think things like fonts will get you kicked. I've changed them before.
Don't take my word for it, but in my experience you can change fonts, planet spheres, star spheres, suns and lots of other aesthetic stuff without setting off the anti-cheat.

Doesn't seem like it; I changed all in-game fonts on my secondary v4.87 install to Comic Sans MS earlier today just for kicks, and the server didn't seem to complain at all for the few hours that I've played so far today. I don't really see why font changes should trigger the anticheat anyhow, to be honest.
