From: Francois DeVersailles [Gateway,Liberty Trade Shipping Division] To:GMG HC Subject:Muroto Trade Center Encryption:High Priority:High
Bonjour.
My name is Francois DeVersailles. I represent Gateway Shipping. I am contacting you regarding a possible contract. You see, Muroto Trade Center, in Honshu, is in dire need of Helium-3. I would like to ask you if you could supply it with Helium-3. The current buying price is 3750 SC per unit of H3. In return, we could supply your bases, if you wish so. Thank you for listening.
Sincèrement,
Francois DeVersailles

I am Asano Tomiko, captain of the vessel Kogarashi. I routinely mine He-3 in Okinawa and would be delighted to supply you. However, your requirement that ships be GMG| tagged is a bit -- onerous. It would be in both our interests to open up trade to vessels whose ID & IFF are appropriate.
Bonjour, Mr. Tomiko
It is indeed an interesting point you have mentioned there. Right now, all non-hostile vessels are allowed to dock with Muroto Trade Center and supply the base. However, I ask that for now you refrain from supplying too much, as we need the cargo space for renovations and construction work aboard the station. Once this work is complete, you'll be free to supply it.
Sincèrement,

I'm Taro Katsuo, one of the Guild Masters of the GMG. While we'd certainly like to sell any Helium-3 that our miners extract, your marketed price of He-3 on Muroto is too low to entice our miners to sell their gas there. Helium-3 is currently being marketed at the same price on Fuxyueru in Okinawa, which is considerably closer to the main mining fields than the Muroto. Shuri Base in Okinawa is located even closer than that to the fields, and trades He-3 at the price of 3,500 Credits. Currently, the shipping of mined He-3 to Muroto in Honshu would only be a waste of time for our miners, with no further profits than that they currently enjoy.
As such, I urge you to raise your price of He-3 on Muroto to 4,250 Credits instead. Some of our miners and transports would happily take the extra time to ship their gas to Muroto, if the prices are adjusted as suggested.
In return, we're willing to enable docking for Gateway Shipping on both Fuxyueru and Shuri in Okinawa, as well as to raise the payout for Robotic Hardware on Fuxyueru to 400 Credits per unit, and 450 Credits per unit on Shuri. Robotic Hardware would be our primary import for both bases.
When you've made a decision, DeVersailles-san, let us know.

Greetings Master Katsuo,
Miles Stuart of Gateway, here. Forgive the intrusion into your conversation with Monsieur DeVersailles, but I wanted to inform you we are currently having some....complications regarding Muroto Trade Center. All Gateway business and commerce that was being conducted out of Muroto is being indefinitely suspended until further notice.
That being said, Gateway had previously been allowed docking rights on Shuri Base for access to the GMG's mined Helium-3, and we hope to continue in that good relationship. We would even be happy to send ships loaded with Robotic Hardware up in that direction if the prices are right.
Oceana Shipping Platform would also be interested in receiving shipments of Helium-3 for resale to local traders, and will soon be setting prices accordingly once we are open and operating at full capacity. I would expect it to be upwards of $6,000/unit. We hope your vessels will visit and check us out.
