Quote:Server Rule 1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.
3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
Consequences: You are new here, it appears, so I will go easy on you this one time. You carry a Zoner ID. This ID instructs you on how to act ingame. It carries restrictions and limitations you must abide by. If you act outside those, you will suffer sanctions, which may include parts of your ships falling off, your credits disappearing and or, banning from this mod.
You must also talk with the players in game before you shoot them. Since you have a Zoner ID, you violated your ID restrictions by firing on another ship that didn't provoke you in any way. You also failed to role play with the player, which makes for an unhappy experience for both of you.
No penalty will be incurred upon you at this time since you are new, but remember to read the rules and carefully abide by them. Otherwise, some of the aforementioned penalties will befall you.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
