Honored Shogun or receiving Representative,
I hope that the time since our informal agreement of cooperation has found you well. There are a few topics I'd like to address regarding our relations.
Firstly, I'd like to codify or otherwise "formalize" our relations, potentially between us and The Order if possible. I believe that despite our... political differences, that we and our cousin share an important and paramount responsibility in defending humanity against the threat that Nomads pose.
Secondly; we're in dire need of certain commodities within Kusari for a project of ours involving a capital ship. We'd like to requisition Engine Components in excess of 15,000 units from your holdings. Additionally, we'd appreciate your advice on where we might manage to source both finished Optronics and unfinished Chips within the Kusari computing market; much of which will of course be off-limits to "terrorists".
I'm more than willing to pay or compensate any fair price for those requests. Thank you for considering them.
I am Daimyo Nagahide, tasked by the Shogun to respond to your communication. I will cover the supply matters first, as they are part of my responsibilities.
A minimum of 15,000 units of Engine components can indeed be supplied by the Blood Dragon Commerce fleet. All we require is a destination and a fair compensation can then be calculated, and deliveries begun.
On the matter of Optronics, the only available stocks are sold from places that less reputable organizations cannot access. Might i suggest contacting the Gas Miners Guild?
Optical chips are a similar situation. A secondary option, though, is the junkers of Inverness, who are known to sell surplus optical chips, but at a much higher price than commercial sales in Kusari.
To the final matter, Political relations. Your wording indicates that you perhaps suggest a Tripartite pact between the BD Shogunate, the VWA and the Order. If that is indeed the case, the Shogun has indicated that a pact would be acceptable and can be reached.

Daimyo,
I appreciate your prompt reply. On the matter of the required Engine Components; the Widerstand's own smuggling flotilla is more than capable of completing the transfers ourselves, under our own power. I merely wished to check in ahead of time to ensure that such a substantial supply would be prepared for purchase.
I'll take your advice on the matter of Optronics and Optical Chips; thank you for your suggestions. If your warriors are interested in escorting our transports throughout Kusari and the Omicrons as we work on our project, I'd be willing to personally offer payment on a case-by-case basis.
On the matter of the Tripartite Pact; that is exactly what I mean. I'd like to stage a diplomatic meeting at some point in the future between our three parties, so as to discern how we each might benefit from mutual and closer cooperation.
Hikone Base, in the south of Honshu System is where you will be able to pick up stocks of Engine Components. The Dockmasters have been notified to expect VWA transports.
On the matter of a meeting, i will consult with the Shogun and let him know.

Daimyo,
We've successfully transported our required supply of Engine Components to Akabat; thank you for your contribution on behalf of the entire Bundschuh Party.
On the topic of a Tripartite Pact; we've met very briefly with the Shogun but have been repeatedly interrupted within Sigma-13. Perhaps it might be easier to withdraw deeper into one of our respective territories instead of at the equidistant, contested point.
Let me know of yours or the Shogun's thoughts on the matter.
