My name is James Corrack and I am in charge of this rather extraordinary group, known as the Liberty Special Operation Commando. As you can conclude from naming, we were created as an counter for the Buro Der Marineintelligenz - the LSF, despite discading idea earler, finally decided to create a test cell to conclude special operations around the Sirius Sector.
We came to conclussion that our two pilots watched over the conversation around a rather thick cloud in the Frankfurt System, about which you two were discussing about. Would it be in bad taste, if we asked what was the discussion about? We heard about some aliens as well.
We are also really sorry about unexpected encounter, but we do hope our presence will not disturb your actions. You can set up the meeting with both pilots you have met at the Newport Station in Sigma-13.
I am Oberst Erich Klugmann, leader of the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee Paramilitary branch of the larger Bundschuh Party.
I believe I encountered the two pilots you speak of whilst attempting to ward off a squadron of Rheinwehr ensigns from entering our Frankfurt territorial holdings; without bloodshed, if possible. I believe your men overhead our mention of the Westerwald, the brown-tinged dust nebula at approximately the Solar Northwest of the system.
The Bundschuh are intimately familiar with it. It hides a massive research installation by the name of Schatten; heavily defended by a minefield, multiple redundant squadrons, fixed emplacements, and a localized battleship. I'll simply say that Schatten has a history of alien experimentation.
On the topic of aliens, I'll forward an earlier transmission that may have been intercepted by Rheinland and not penetrated outside its borders; proof of the Buro's involvement with Rheinland's mega-corporations in joint alien research.
I welcome the aforementioned meeting at Newport with your men if desired.
I cannot say anyone in the LSF are surprised about the fact that Rheinwehr or their subordinates play with the things like Alien Tech. On what I am surprised myself is the fact that you shared one of the more secret conversations between you and the loyalists/imperialists in the government. For that, whole LSOC thanks you for the trust given to us - we will make use of this chance for successful cooperation.
Going back to the topic, I do believe it would be in good tone to provide you with several items that could be used by your loyalists as well. While our Rhino-modded dropship Borealis is rather used for landing operations, I do not believe it would harm to use it for delivering some goods a few times.
The LAC Borealis, escorted by one LSOC fighter, should deliver 150 Light Arms, 200 units of Blackmarket assets and dozen of LSOC marines to help you in unloading operations onto platform of your choice.
I feel that I should offer a correction; what I sent you was not a "private conversation". The original intent behind that transmission was to broadcast it to greater Sirius at large and to invite the governments of Liberty, Bretonia, and Kusari to witness firsthand how the Buro and Rheinland's own corporations drag the nation to ruin. However, no governmental replies or notice ever came, and this leads me to believe that the Buro or Rheinlandic government censored or intercepted it before it could travel to Western Sirius.
While Cloppenburg Base in Bremen would welcome shipments of munitions, I must ardently refuse the offer of Marines; our stations are already crewed at full strength and the Bundschuh wishes to maintain its autonomy from both Corporate and National entities.
Additionally, Bremen may be a better place to host the aforementioned meeting, as Sigma-13 tends to be highly congested by more than half-a-dozen squabbling entities, many of whom have declared hostilities or attempt to smuggle contraband past our territory.
Ah yes, I misunderstood your message a bit, as I realized something was off with the encryption level. I am not sure if Western Sirius have learnt about that message, besides of certain foreign intel agencies such as LSF, but if has not arrived to the widespread media it means it had been censored.
This alone however provides us with an opportunity in which LSOC could forward directly your message to the Liberty Government without any disturbance in form of the Neural Net censorship in Rheinland. I propose form of old-fashioned datadiscs that are untraceable by ordinary means. As for marines, I do agree it was a bit haste to propose such a thing.
As for change of the system, I must ask you to share information about Bremen System, since from what I remember this system contains the remote HQ of Rheinwehr forces that operate in New Hampshire. However, choosing this system is the most tricky move, because no one would expect us both in such a obvious place. The darkest place is under the candlestick however, as we tend to speak in Liberty.
Your message that had been sent today has been successfully redirected through the Bering Sea 3-7 Relay in order to avoid interception and censorship made by the opressive government of yours. Every message posted in there will be relayed directly to the Liberty officials and journalists - they would know what do to with it.
As always, we are officialy not involved.
Regards,
James Corrack,
LSOC.
P.S. The supplies for should be pushed into Rheinland shortly.
