Konnichiwa and bonjour to the noble representatives of the honorable Gallic Royal Navy. Kishiro Technologies is aware of the tremendously unfortunate events which transpired in the Kyushu system yesterday, and we wish to extend our deepest condolences to the Gallic forces, especially the friends and families of any who may have been injured or worse.
Kishiro is acutely aware that the situation in Kyushu is highly volatile, not only because of the alien threat, but also due to the troublesome presence of the terroristic organization calling themselves the Imperial Kusari Navy, whose care for the lives of civilians and law enforcement alike is almost as little as that which the aliens display. As such, we are not keen to take sides or levy accusations, nor would it be our place to do so regardless. The board of directors wishes to stress that Kishiro has been at the forefront of cooperation between the Kingdom of Gallia and House Kusari, and that, if the forces of Gallia require supplies or other material fulfillments which native Gallic organizations are unable to provide, Kishiro is happy to do so in their stead.
May the futures of our two peoples be most bright and cooperative.

The upper echelons of the Royal Navy, too, regret the recent minor skirmishes in Kyushu. However, the Royal Navy can not - and will not - allow one of our own to be shot upon by those we thought of as allies. Thus, our hand was forced, and a taskforce was dispatched. Fortunately, only a Perilous-class Gunboat - the Nice - took major damage in the ensuing combat.
The Royal Navy's high command has yet to reach a consensus on how this unfortunate event should affect relations between the Kingdom and House Kusari. I, personally, hope our relations will not be overly strained. As you yourself pointed out, House Kusari has pressing issues to attend to, and I believe neither of our Houses would benefit from further conflict.
We will see how further events unfold. For now, however, know that your gesture of goodwill is appreciated.
