Capitaine Rane,
It has come to my attention that you are intending to offer your services to her Majesty's Armed Forces.
We delighted about your solidarity, yet we can not simply accept your offer. Before any decision can be made I would require you to provide me with more details about yourself and your ship, including but not exclusively its name, class, crew, armament and wether or not you are acting on the Council High Commands orders.
I hope you can provide the requested informations fastly.

I am getting in touch with you as soon as i have realised a new incoming transmission is present. Excuse me for the delay, my activity periods are... quite unusual for a common human, but i am used to them so much that i have nothing to do with them.
Anyway - let us get straight to business.
The vessel in posession is 'Obstinate' class Council battlecruiser, armed with the latest armaments developments designed for that ship class, which is also includes packing it up with solid armor to effectively oppose almost any threat it might meet in it's way. Through it is mostly focused on countering equal ships of the opposing fleet and providing fire support for allied battleships, as well as acting in battlegroups for supressing single targets.
The crew of this battlecruiser was formed of the officers in the last few years, soon after it's assemblage i was settled in charge of everything aboard, and, reformed under my command, the vessel have taken a minor part in some events of the Great War, mostly remaining unnoticed due to it's small role compared to the result of the operation.
Soon after the breaching of the minefields the D'Entrecosteaux 'Obstinate' have been re-assigned to Roussilion and attached to the main fleet tasked with ensuring system security, so, our crew's skills gone... kinda rusty, due to this mine field that have been taking care of most threats that could attempt breaching into the system. Since this very time we have been deeming to jump into action, but only thing we've been getting - intel reports of Royalists Navies gathering at the borders. Their intensions were pretty clear since then.
But... i don't think that disclosing personal information is what really matters, we are not here for this, right?
Coming up for the last question - no, we are not acting on behalf of Council High Command. Rumors were spreading fast, and i took a bravery to have a long arguing with fleet command about assigning some ships for countering the Royal Navy foreign efforts, especially it stood for their assault on Bretonia. 'Not our concern' - they said. So - any responsibility for my actions is going directly to me, not to my High Command. For this time of prescence in your House sovereign space.
Still - me, and my crew agrees with me - we would like to take a part in upcoming battle for New London - as i said, rumors spread fast enough. Afterwards i will return to Roussilion and will be judged according to the laws of the Council, until this happens - allow me to fight side by side with Bretonia Armed Forces.
Cpt. Di Rane, Council Navy Battlecruiser D'Entrecasteaux.

Capitaine Rane,
Worry not about the delayed answer, I understand officers do not have time to check their mail every day. Thank you for providing us with the requested informations fastly, you are more timely than your High Command.
Yet, without their answer all I can offer you is a mooring spot on Southampton and supply with fuel and as much repairs as our engineers can provide, they have not had a lot of chances to train their skills in repairing vessels of Gallic origin yet.
For the time beeing you are allowed to travel within New London, Dublin and Manchester as you please, but try not to linger too much around the tradelines, some of our transport captains may mistake your ship for the enemy and cause chaos.
I will come back at you once the Council High command answered my communication to them, until then, I wish you the best of luck.
