RECIPIENT: Gallic Royal Enclave Command FROM: Commodore Juliette Pascal de Lorraine, Royal Navy. LOCATION: RNS-Grenoble, Baffin. SUBJECT: Amnesty and recovery in ranks. ENCRIPTION:HIGH
Je vous salue, cher commandement.
My name is Juliette Pascal de Lorraine, and i'm represents the remnants of Royal Navy Gauloise Vipère Division. I repent that we did not have the opportunity to contact you earlier. Possibly, according to the laws of the war, we have already been included in the list of deserters, however, we are still faithful and loyal to le Roi and ready to prove it.
Since Admiral Jean-Noël François de Languedoc was killed during the destruction of our flagship RNS-Marseille, I took the right and responsibility to command those who survived the massacre in Newcastle with superior forces of the Bretonians and their allies. At the moment, we have almost completely exhausted our resources and fuel, and our ships require normal maintenance.
But the news that Roi was alive, and his faithful soldiers still fighting the Bretonian savages gave us strength and hope. Incredible happiness was to meet the Duchess of Champagne La Row during the raid. She gave us your coordinates and frequency to contact you.

Mademoiselle Pascal,
I am Antonin de Lusignan, Commandant to the Gallic Royal Enclave.
Since the split in Gallia, your division was marked as missed in action. Good to hear you are still alive and remain loyal to the King. The death of Amiral François and the destruction of RNS Marseille both are heavy hits for our forces. May he rest in peace.
We have no reason to do not believe that you actually met Duchess La'Row and that she gave you the frequency to reach us, however, your loyalty should be proven not only by word but action. Therefore you have to arrive at the Hebrides for repairs and refill and then the command shall decide where you shall perform the best.

Je vous salue, monsieur Antonin.
As you ordered, our ships RNS-Grenoble, RNS-Cannes, RNS-Perpigan and RNS-Limoux has arrived in Hebrides, on Issoudun Shipyard and currently undergoing full maintenance. Also, my loyal soldiers have already received, in exchange for their old fighters, a completely new Lynx class very heavy fighters. We are very grateful to you for such a warm welcome. It is nice to finally feel at home, among our own, and as soon as all maintenance procedures are completed, we will be ready to begin our first tasks.

Welcome back home, Commodore Pascal,
First of all - make sure all your people have passed medical check-ups. Long time spent aboard the ships could have harmed their physical or mental health.
Secondly - as you could see, unfortunately, the main drydock is currently occupied by my ship, the Renaissance, and thus you should wait a while until the repairs to be done. However, the secondary repairs still can be provided by the shipyard or you can contact the MAE and order the repairs from them. This should occupy the Issoudun workers less, allowing them to focus on heavily damaged ships.
Rest for now. Soon the command shall decide where you will perform better.

Commodore Pascal,
It has been decided to send you and your men under the guise of civilians to raid the Kusarian supply lines in Taus. You are allowed to use Sirian Border World and regular Civilian vessels up to gunboat.
Remain discreet, they should not know who is turning their supplies into dust. We cannot risk opening another front in our "bellum contra omnes". If you manage to make them think it was someone like Bretonian Privateers it will be even better for us. The tensions between Kusari and Bretonia will weaken both of them, making them easy prey for us.
Use this as an additional opportunity to gather information their fleets dispatched for the offensive into Gallia.
This mission may be crucial for us to affect the outcome of the Kusari invasion of Gallic space. We shall not forget that transgression, and thus we'll show no mercy toward their people. Capture them if you can; various Enclave facilities always have a use for personnel. The cargo they carry may be delivered to our storages or just destroyed, as long as the Kusarians are denied their supplies.

Monsieur Antonin.
I received your order and have already ordered my soldiers to prepare for this operation. However, I doubt that arranging this on behalf of certain “civilians” is not a good idea. I would prefer to establish a full-fledged blockade of their trade routes, rather than putting pressure on random losers coming from kusari.

Commodore Pascal,
A full-fledged blockade may make our Kusarian 'friends' to send part of their forces to stop you. This is good in the mean of spreading forces but our final goal is to have both sides, Confederal and Kusarian, weakened and being an easy target for our forces when we shall come.
If you can be sure your men shall handle whatever Kusari shall send - you have my permissions to perform the blockade. Otherwise - follow the raiding tactics.
