100% Power Core Compatibility for 46th|LNX-Umbra ("Mako"-class Battleship) with 46th| Navy Fleet ID
100% Power Core Compatibility with Liberty Capital weaponry
3. Exact name, identification and affiliation of the character:
46th|LNX-Umbra, 46th| Navy Fleet ID, Liberty Navy
4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
The defection's reason stems from The Core's growing ties with Malta and rising hostilities against Liberty. Going through internal struggles with his motives, Jeff Asterius was becoming more certain that the The Core was no longer what him and his crew signed up for. He persuades his crew to abandon the Core and to join a side that would be to his benefit. Liberty was the only good place for them to defect to, since it's the only house which has growing tensions with The Core. After the defection from The Core, Umbra was integrated into Liberty Navy 46th Fleet. This change is mandatory for the ship to be valid for both roleplay and combat.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planning to achieve on this character?
Short-term - making the public adjusted to the sight of a Mako under Liberty Navy colors, serving Liberty as firepower
Long-term - further development of Project "Umbra" under 46th, possible escalation of hostilities between the Core and Liberty
7. Provide a cliffnote/summary for the links provided above.
1. The main file of the ship for the time it was in active service within the Core. Contains ship specifics and brief crew biographies. Outdated for story continuity reasons.
2. Umbral Descent. The main narrative of the events, telling about Jeff's doubts about the Core, their hijacking of the Umbra and the first contact with Liberty Officials. Later, it describes their days under LSF's constant surveillance and re-qualification within Liberty Navy, which lead to their integration into the 46th fleet.
3. Jeff asks Liberty for political asylum from the Core, offering his and his crew's service in return.
4. LSF Director Anoke expresses his interest in having the Umbra in Liberty.
5. Public announcement of the Umbra's integration into the 46th made by Fleed Admiral Kemp-Smith.
6. Since it's an out-of-the-line ship, Umbra requires an official license to operate within Liberty Space. It was successfully granted by Libertonian Government.
7. New file for the Umbra under 46th registry with updated ship characteristics and crew database. This thread will be updated in the future according to the Umbra's state.
8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
Ever since the ship got constructed on Tricia Reyes' behalf, which, I believe, should be around 2018. Regardless of that, the story of its defection started in July, 2022.
