During a patrol in Gamma we come accross a Bounty hunter. Nothing of your business so far. We engaged pursuit after a brief fight. We end up in omega 41. Closing in the 5 klicks From Freeport 5 i ordered my men to Stop Fire and we went around the freeport to have a talk with the Hunter *sigh* that was hiding in the non fire zone. We asked him to leave o41 and our pilots get in formation around the target. We asked him again to leave but he opened fire on one of us and destroyed him. I got the gun cam to prove the incident.
Notice the second i got attacked by your patrol cause of a cruise disruptor who hit a too wide area. The cd was to prevent any Cruising speed.
The bounty Hunter landed on your facilities with a such a facility that i doubt your docking we're trying to forbid him the landing. Could you please do something about it?
Thank you for your report.
Our chief of security Mr. Dali Lama will check the docking logs, and will perform an investigation.
Meantime I would like to inform you, that on base of an agreement made by highest level politicians (probably yours also were involved in this), Freeport 5 is at present a member of Confederation of Freeports with headquarter in Freeport 1. So all complains should be sent there.
We of course are still here, but you know, it is now a higher authority out there..
The new law of confederation, as far as I understand it, covers only safety of Zoners within NFZ, so in my personal opinion you are free to destroy intruders, it will save both of us troubles. Be sure to not shoot at station and zoners ships.
We don't like those 'guests' who use our station as base off of for attacks against other groups, but we can't do much with it. We don't have here a fleet of proffesional experienced fighters or bombers like yours to deal with intruders, and the guns of our rookies or the station itself may be dangerous for unarmored buses only.
Once again, shoot them down before they reach NFZ. We of course will attempt to deal with it using diplomatic persuasion, but it may take some time - usually long.
Thank you for your report.
I have taken my time to investigate and it is a problem that is similar to most reporting of breaking my no fire zone. Nobody has pictures of any hostilities outside of my no fire zone so it might very well have been the corsairs that initiated the violence in my no fire zone. I'm not saying you have, seeing as this has been happening more often.
Mr Pirx said it right. Once a fight moves into my no fire zone and a ship tries to dock, feel free to keep shooting at it, as long as it is not harming any of my station parts of zoner ships. However, if you want me to be able to do anything against it deliver a guncam shot of hostilities taking place before they move into my NFZ.
Feel free to send further intel you have into this channel. They will be better authorised to deal with these hostilities.
Best regards
