WHAT!!??
Do you hear yourself what are you saying?
You will attack any SMP ship under the assumption that it is a pirate La Sensual?
however let's finish this
If you don't send me any evidence in next 24h, that Pepe La Sensual|SMP or Pepe Le Pew|SMP made any damage to IMG property, your words are just dust in the wind
and you can considered that we will hunt you and destroy all your ships all over Sirius

Gentlemen,
I had hoped it would not be needed for me to step in, but given the animosity herein, it has become neccesary. First, let me start by saying that I do not feel the Guild has a grievance against the Societe Militaire Patriot as an organization. I can even understand you drawing in members, even criminals, and put their talents to a better purpose. The Bounty Hunters Guild employs a similar method, which is actively endorsed by three of the four Sirian houses - where a convicted criminal can be released into the Bounty Hunters Guild, and essentialy turns turncoat on his or her old partners in crime. It has proven successful.
However, in this case, it appears you were either not aware of whom you enlisted, nor the sheer animosity between the person and the Guild. Months of near-continous harassment do not get erased by the mere addition of the SMP transponder. To then see the same ship - and same name - that has been used on this wanton rampage through the Tau mining operation, is a slap in the Guild's face. I can understand and agree with my fellow guildsmen's decision to continue to consider that gunboat "La Sensual" a threat. It is quite likely the same ship: As my comerades indicated, the captain has the same name, the ship configuration matches exactly, and the ship has definately proven itself a threat to our automated defenses, which is not something that happens "just cause".
Now, we can continue to spout threats at us and end up in a fullscale shooting match with eachother, however, I do not believe that'll help either of our causes. The problem we have is with the name "La Sensual", which is registered siriuswide as a confirmed threat bent on terrorising the IMG. If as you say, this is a case of misstaken identity, might we politely request, that the ship in question be renamed, to prevent further confusion? Surely, given the Taus being one of the areas you hold an interest in, the SMP would have been aware of the existance of the terrorist gunboat - and that being the case, I am sure you can agree that fielding a ship with the same name and configuration is unwise, at best. How would you yourself feel if we decided to alter the transponder on a Sabre to "Col.Emma.Leroy", then started to attack your employers with it? Would you not do everything in your power to hunt that ship down? What we do is no different.
Regards,
- Johnathan Sanders

In light of this, I gave the order and name of the ship "Pepe Le Sensual" will be changed to avoid further misunderstandings
From you, I expect an apology and the appropriate punishment for your member who was quick on the trigger and not committed all the necessary checks.

Dear Miss Leroy, dear Guildmasters of the IMG,
this is Brigid O'Shaunessy speaking, I was Strike Wing Echo Alpha leader in both attacks against your vessels with the signatures Pepe.La.Sensual and Pepe.Le.Pew. I ordered both attacks, so it is me who has to apologize and not the pilot who fired the destruction shot. I am here to fulfill that duty, as required.
Consequently, I hereby would like to apologize for the attack on Pepe.Le.Pew in Tau 37 if the pilot of that ship was not Mr. La Sensual. In case the ship that my wing hit and destroyed was not commanded by the most wanted criminal, my judgement and intel were wrong and I regret having given the order to attack your vessel.
I hope you can accept this apology.
At the end a message that you, as you fly yourself in combat operations, will hopefully understand the way it is meant: I was told that the Pepe.La.Sensual ship was given a new transponder, which solves the superficial problem. As long as no ship can be linked to the target Mr. La.Sensual, no one will push for shooting at it. Should Mr. La Sensual start conversation again by giving his identity and bragging about his deeds that he commits on his Maquis Asco Gunboat, I cannot guarantee that the IMG Defense will not hit him again.
This is just the reality, and I would like to point it out, so we all see clearly what dangers of further incidents there are. As long as he doesn't open himself as a target, nothing will happen. There is no deep grudge of the IMG forces against SMP in general due to the incidents, so the chance of further escalation should be really small, yet I would ask you to advise your pilot to keep his identity to himself and not behave the way he did in the first encounter that left him floating in his pod.
Thank you for listening, Miss Leroy. I again hope you can accept my apology for the T37 attack and I would like to end with a thank you that you stood down near the Freeport when there was the real danger of SMP and IMG becoming enemies. I am glad you kept your cool head and opted for a solution that did not involve blasters and torpedos.
This is Brigid O'Shaunessy, over and out.
