After chasing one of our more common "tourists" Vispilio, along side a KNF secondary fleet gunboat named Yukikaze, I ran into an Outcast Dreadnought class capital ship on the lane to tau 29. As it being a bigger threat, I decided to brake off the pursuit and deal with the warship.
The gunboat didn't stand a chance against the Dreadnought and got destroyed soon after, leaving me to deal with it alone. However, soon after, a fighter wing of two Naval Forces officers came along to assist in the destruction of the vessel. Although their attempt to take my glory was not as successful as they predicted, due to the lack of firepower their ships posses'd, we all had to share the honor of victory over the capital ship.
The very next day we had yet another Outcast capital ship invasion, this time they sent a pair of destroyers to our core system of New Tokyo right next to the planet. I arrived a bit late at the sight of the battle, however, since officer's Hiroaki Abe's bomber, the Samidare, got disabled as well as all his scanning equipment, the honor and the duty of writing this report was passed on to me.
The first ship got destroyed by Hiroaki's hand just moments upon my arrival. After seeing his their comrades fall, the second destroyer brake off and engaged their cruise engines. We, alongside the KNF secondary fleet destroyer named Fubuki, gave chase and caught up with the second Outcast ship not far away.
Officer's Hiroaki Abe's bomber took heavy enemy fire and got disabled giving him no other chance but to eject his escape pod that was picked up by me and carried to the nearest docking facility after the fight.
Due to the damage inflicted upon it, the Outcast destroyer was set on fire and their crew had to evacuate, witch lead to their arrest.
Fortunately, officer Hiroaki Abe sustained minor wounds and was released from medical care after just a few hours. The wreck of his ship was retrieved and repaired as well.
After checking our long range scanner reports from the station on Kyushu, I saw that a well known pirate "Vispilio" is in the system. I started patrolling the lanes in hopes of catching him near one. And so I did.
The pirate ship was right next to the trade lane leading to tau 29 from Tsushima depot.
After resisting arrest he gave me no choice but to take him down.
The fight was long and bloody. He severely damaged my ship but I managed to knock out his thruster and a few of his turrets. After realizing that he lost and that his only options were to surrender or cloak, the pirate chose the more obvious one. Unfortunately for him, it was too late. Despite my ship full of holes and my arm broke, I moved in for the kill, heading straight towards him dodging every shot he fired at me and managing to squeeze a shot of antimatter right in the stern of his ship setting the engines on fire and destroying the ship.
Among all that scrap floating around I was not able to recover the escape pod of the captain. Because of my ships hull breached and my sensors weren't working well, I'v decided to head back and land on Kyushu to repair my ship and get my wound treated.
Konnichiwa Officers,
Today we see another of our fine officers rise up the ranks. From exceptional service and combat, I hereby promote officer Hiro Yamazaki from Junsa-Cho to the rank of Junsa-Bucho. Giving with it all the responsibilities and rewards of rank.
Officer Yamazaki, come talk to me about getting a set of keys for the Shared ships, and Consider investing in your own personal Gunboat.
Officers, See this man as an example. He has proven himself worthy of his rank as I am sure you all are. Regular reports, Outstanding service, and Loyalty to your House is all that is required here. Show you have these three and your promotion will come.
While on patrol a few days ago, I spotted a =SRF= tagged trade vessel in Kyushu, I ordered it to stop over the system comms witch they didn't do. When I caught up with the vessel at the New Tokyo jump gate I gave another warning, yet the they didn't comply and jumped. I jumped right after and caught it on the other side disrupting the lane in front of it.
Once it stopped the captain of the ship said that they are hauling luxury food for New Tokyo and asked me to let him unload his cargo there before leaving. I told him there is no way I would let him dock at our planet and that he is to leave our space immediately after paying the fine of 3 million for running from an officer of the law. He then said that he is leaving but did not pay the fine and started running again trough the gate and trough Kyushu.
I caught them at Tsushuma and opened fire on the ship in order to disable its engines and arrest the intruders. It was not long after the ship started firing at me that I had no other option but to use lethal force and destroy the whole ship.
The following days of my patrol were pretty quiet and with little happenings witch included a Bowex ship that I caught at Yukawa shipyard and fined it for trespassing sending the ship back to Bretonia, until I saw an Outcast destroyer class warship in Kyushu.
I called for backup and as soon as it arrived we took the Outcast destroyer down with ease arresting the captain and the surviving crew.

Konnichiwa brothers and sisters. While on a regular patrol in New Tokyo today, i've received emergency call from our Chokan Naoya Imai, and one more honored officer from somewhere in Kyushu. They were after Zoner Juggernought class vessel, famous "Nephilim". Soon after, i've joined pursuit and we eventually caught with it in New Tokyo system. Captain of the vessel refused to co-operate, and immediately showered me with his primaries, without any communication whatsoever which caught me off guard. Luckyly, i was conscious enough to eject myself and my co-pilot. The remaining police officers got him, and tractored our pods.
I received a report about a Liberty Navy gunboat in New Tokyo's orbit while on patrol today. As I approached the planet in the lane, the gunboat passed by me in the other direction. I ordered the captain to stop but they did not comply and I had to chase them into Shikoku where I finely caught up with the gunboat.
The captain of the Liberty warship was one Kamina Giha. She told me and officer Akio Sato, that came to the scene as backup, that they were chasing a freighter that was hauling synthetic marihuana but could not remember the call sign of the freighter. I did not believe her and sent marines on board to check for anything suspicious. The ship was clear, as well as the crew, nothing but a bunch of Navy stuff on board. We saw no need for further interrogation and escorted the ship out of our space via Kepler jump gate.
Officer Akio Sato managed to record what happen'd.

During a patrol today I came across a Liberty Navy vessel named "DarkLiberation". After informing him of our laws against him being in our space he replied with "Then find me another trade route" and then "That's not my problem" - (To him breaking the law.) After chasing him for what I think was 30 minutes to an hour, he got away. (F1'd in space) I have noted his ship down, and will be on the lookout for him in the future. He will not get by me again. I'd urge the other officers to be on the lookout as well.
I received a report of a murder in New Tokyo and headed to investigate. I sighted a bomber with a call sign Magic-[HoT] near the trade lane between planet New Tokyo and Shinjuku station. The pilot stated that he was responsible for the recent death of a trader and insulted me several times, he even used the system communication frequency to do so. It didn't take long for him to leave me with no other solution but to open fire in order to disable the ship and apprehend the suspect. Once realizing that he is outclassed and outskilled the criminal requested to dock at Kabukicho depot and Hogosha, for unknown reasons, granted it.
