Quote:3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
Entering into a situation and saying "assisting" before shooting is not helpful, especially with your ID.
Consequences:
All offensive weapons have vapourised and administrations costs have been levied to cover processing and the notice placement.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
Inadequate were those clowns, without any sign of RP and grammar/punctuation. Such a pity my DSAce doesn't contain that idiotic conversation. (Maybe you will request it from them, I hope it will be delivered).
My actions were not against the rules since I'm working for Hessians and it's well-known.
I so appreciate when such scum dares to report my actions and then succeeds, thank you much.
One word is not enough for an engagement. "Assisting" is inadequate.
While you claim it is 'well known', there are plenty of people who cannot read minds. Not everyone knows that. Make it clear in some form or another before you go in for the engagement what your intent is, and what party you're here for. It doesn't need to be a novel, although it certainly has to be more than you gave.
Which one word? This is ridiculous. Demand the chat log from them, there was by far more RP than just 1 word. I even suggested them to leave the system, but got some ooRP shiezpaste in return, you know.
Assisting? Which assisting? I don't get. I was alone.
I'd report those 2 clowns for total absence of RP, that's what! But instead I get reported for throwing 2 fat mice from "their" own nest? I had no chance to destroy any of them, but you turn it into such tragedy, like if there was whole K'Hara fleet, uncloaking behind them and then erasing them in the matter of second. Disco's such a cruel place, you know. People can't even easily steal diamonds in 11! Nurf hessoins, pl0x.
And why should I name my employer before attacking? This is not logical by far. If I do attack, then it by default means that I have some reason behind it. I don't see any statements of such sort here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread...8#pid43798
Total lack of righteousness, I say.
