LIBERTY NAVY PATROL REPORT
Ensign Darren Barnes
DEPARTMENT RECEIVING: LIBERTY NAVY PATROL ARCHIVE
-- Begin Report --
Below details the patrol report as logged by ENS. D BARNES in New York.
Routine patrol tasking was received. Departed Chadwick Station in early hours and navigated through nearby minefield corridor. Brief stop at Norfolk Shipyard to conduct weapons maintenance and restocking, this took slightly longer than expected due to unfamiliarity with the new Bombers we had been issued. All checks came back OK, and we departed the station fully stocked within the hour. Encountered light freelance pilot traffic near Norfolk, but after routine communication exchange and scan, nothing eventful was noted.
Next waypoint was located near West Point Academy, took the tradelanes down to West Point and performed a racetrack pattern patrol of this sector looking for any nearby traffic to check on and/or unlawfuls. During this period, encountered an Ageira transport moving suspected rogues into West Point. Routine communications were exchanged, and the persons of interest were handed into Liberty Navy personnel at West Point Academy without issue. Ageira vessel was then last seen taking tradelane route into Badlands and contact was lost.
Looped back to Planet Manhatten and observed usual traffic, before making a brief check in at Baltimore Shipyard, which noted nothing of particular interest. Next, back to Norfolk and eventually Chadwick Station to finish the scheduled patrol route and commence debrief and sign off.
