Q: Why should the Rheinland military recruit former convicts who killed men of the law for their own doings?
These lawmen, either had a bounty set up by a Rogue or ally, or they were skulking around Rogue territory. Since we are at altercations, they should have taken such precautions to be prepared to fight the Rogues to the death if they encountered a patrol. Besides one of those lawful men could have helped to put a sizeable hole in your ship.
Q: Why should we trust someone with your background with the latest military tech, powerful craft and cannons which can bring cruisers to their very knees?
To help myself out of the very pit I had dug myself. If I dont find something to help myself get out of this hole then it could turn into my grave, I have already taken great risks and my reputation with the rogues has been crushed due to your enemys being the Red Hessians. If I went back I wont have any thing to go back to.
Q: What is to assure us you wont abandon us when a better opportunity arises for your seemingly self serving interests?
Its the same question as why the Rogues would take in someone to be a Rogue? Because they want to escape and be free, who else would like a opportunity to start again and make different choices to the ones that they had made in the past?
