Quote:1) I can't afford it to buy better PC (I'm studying at uni, but can't find any suitable part-time job + my stress wouldn't even allow me to work).
Really, you can easily throw any newer GeForce gpu into a mediocre office computer (that people are even giving for free or as low as ~300PLN [100$, 75€]) and it will run better than any seventh-gen console.
Quote:2) I can't afford buying new component every half of the year - anyway, there are known issues that one game works perfect with one component combination, but the other is not working.
Mythbusting time. I've had the same PC running without any config changes for almost two years now and only recently I bought some better GPU, because I wanted to test one of the Benq's 144Hz monitors. Works like a charm, peasants won't ever experience that.
Quote:3) Exclusives, that PC does NOT have (believe me, it was hard to me to choose between Ratchet and Clank and Ace Combat "fanboism" - but I have decided to finish my adventures in Strangereal). Not to mention Halo, Blue Dragon...
Exclusives are a risky topic and I could name you tons of titles that consoles will not see. The thing is PC currently has a working (working =/= playable) PS3 emulator that is getting better every day and there aren't much exclusives for the current gen consoles anyway. There is literally ONE game that I would want to play on a console and this is Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, but you know what? YouTube exists, I watched a let's play and I'm soothed. I'm gonna wait until RPCS3 emulator is more developed and play it then myself.
Quote:4) A very strange reason, but I'm more used to play on the pads than to the keyboard-mouse combo. No, really.

I have this, I used it for literally only game (Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, honestly wasn't that great) because Mouse&Keyboard are much more accurate for gaming than a gamepad. And having a proper setup makes it much more comfortable as well (really just a plank laid across an armchair will work). And even if you NEED the gamepad, there's selection of these you can buy, as cheap as 20PLN (~7$, 5€).
Quote:5) I bought X360 in price of the decent graphic card, but scrapped the idea of buying it. The reason was that my machine was simply not compabilitable with my PC and I would spend 5x to 6x the price of X360 for a new, good, PC that would run Skyrim or any other game that I would like to play without problems.
Would say Lies, but can't tell without your entire config before me.
Quote:6) Graphic is not a reason.
Resolution and fps are though.
Quote:Plus, reason 1) - it's Poland.
I live in Poland as well, so it's not a valid argument, try another time.
Quote:If you mean $600 bucks, that's 1800-1900 PLN, what is A LOT OF MONEY here in Poland - it's more than standard montly wage, not to mention that they take about 200 from it as a tax, you need to pay water, gas, electricity bills... and bang, you are like with 500 PLN, in Poland, because prices here are rather high. I got unusued X360 for little over $100.
You can use every PC as a tax write-off. You can't do that with a console. Besides, average salary in Poland is about 2800PLN including taxes, so don't spread misinformation.
Quote:However, the prices for a good (very, very good) PCs for gaming, that is custom made, as I saw in profesional Computer magazine, spans between 2500 to even to 6000 PLN.
If you're talking about CD-Action or PCFormat then lmfao.
