1.3 Every player must have one ID equipped on their ship. Player should follow the restrictions and allowances listed in their ID and their roleplay and conduct must match the actions of their characters. In cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules.

Nomad ID

-Can attack any ship except Nomad or Wilde ships in the Omicrons, excluding Omicron Alpha and Omicron Gamma.
And IDs trump server rules, as has been stated previously.
The ID says you can attack, but not saying you can attack without RP
So this is not enough answer , i ll wait more experienced player or admin to
reply this question please.
It would be interesting if nomads can attack without saying a word...
i think i ll create a new char then .. lots of fun

Basically IRP human can't even hear what they speak or even can hear they can't understand, so they can engage without RP, because nomads can't speak like human " Hello"

....Not quite right.
Nomads communicate through telepathy. They "talk" through telepathic messages, and seeing as humans and noms aren't the same species, the differences in species gargle the messages a bit, hence why nomspeak gets to be cryptic.
From what I can tell, that rule was put in because nomspeak isnt a skill everyone on the server has mastered, so the clause about no RP required before an engagement was put in.
Thats what I can gleam anyway, correct me if I'm wrong on the reasoning.

It's because they're closer to the Valhalla and can tap into it slightly, despite it being kept somewhere extremely secret on Manhattan.
The rest of the Omicrons are too far away, though.

Not speaking normal , with some special kind of symbols and then write messages and stuff like that

Gosh, I just noticed that they can attack without any RP.
Seriously? Admins what were you thinking? Apart from this is outside of main Discovery purpose - RP, this also places one side of playerbase above the other!!! Like a Nomad meets a Corsair and attacks without a word (especially deadly if he has nomad cloak and Corsair not even aware that enemy is close) and kills him before he understands what happened and doesnt have a chance to fight. But when Corsair meets Nomad in space, what? He must RP to kill it? So Nomad will be already prepared for a fight and will have time to scan enemy, learn its setup (if enemy isnt cloaked) or start moving around on thruster speed to prevent instakill (if enemy is cloaked).
If this is what I said it is - I am highly dissapointed. Admins and devs should keep ballance between factions and playerbases, because ballanced fights is fun fights. I am asking you to reconsider this idea and do not create anymore nonRP IDs in future. Especially if this nonRP can lead to PvP advantage because of cloaks.
