So, to answer your question, Jameson, the reason why I went ''All your base'' is because it made an -extremely- long time I wanted to try a gang war roleplay. You can ask people like Del and Pipboy, I wanted to implement this before in the Liberty Rogues for the longest time (over 6 months, easily) and I wanted to try the same with the Hogosha. With Del, I was told there was ''Too many enemies for the Rogues'' already, and I got too involve in the BDS to do such a faction. My alternatives were quite limited from now on, and I decided to go with the next best, the Unione Corse. I could've chosen Corsair or Outcast renegades, but really, meh. While I know that as a whole, the families of the Corse are united and that between each others, there is no fighting, it simply was an experiment that some overthought. Of course, if I wanted to try out such a roleplay, I couldn't be cuddly nice to the other Corses, so I immediatly tried to get some IC hate that developped into OOC hate for some. I tried to double cross everything so people would consider us as daft and try to remove us from the market entirely. Maybe it looked awkward to you, but everything so far went along my plans. Questions still?
I made some good friends out of this, and we're having fun, and that's what I think counts the most. Sure, I may not be 100% accurate. Who cares? It's a 2003 space sim revolved around shooting. I'm here to have fun, and so are those with me.
When you first entered Gallia, I face palmed heavily due to the fact that you attempted to extort credits from the Council in times of war. And after a few posts you quickly changed that. I've encountered your group in game a couple of times, although Levesque was quite rude during the Communications, and ingame. You guys stuck about anyways, I'm quite surprised.
I personally don't think anything is wrong with your factions lore, and I think it's original at the best. Moving away from thats as I don't have anything else to say.
I wouldn't mind seeing a gang war between the Unione Corse families. It'd be quite an amusing site, and would provide roleplay beyond what we see in Sirius. I'm interested in seeing that develop.
Don't consider this my support. I'm still waiting to see more from your group before I say yay or nay.
I've ran into some LaBrise on nearly a daily basis while patrolling in my GRP, and I've usually had some interesting RP. If you can keep it up and keep it fresh, I wouldn't mind having you guys stick around.
I'll agree on that part.
I'm still scratching my head about the recent one.
