She looked around, her sense of sight recovered, looking around in the dark for the voice talking to her.
You work to liberate the civilians of Sirius from the corrupt houses of Sirius, which descended from the Western Alliance. You do not harm civilians unless they attack first, but as for the house police and military, as well as pirates...they are shown no mercy. The governments that constantly push working men to their limits daily. Any form of threat to the people, such as piracy, is not tolerated. You have so far allied yourself with the pirates of Rheinland, as they too are working for the revolution in Rheinland. And of course, many people are allies with The Order thanks to the Nomad War. However, the Corsairs who don't accept your morals strains that relationship. But you observe Nomad movements in the Omegas, to serve not only the people, but the entirety of mankind.
This is good what you are saying, but you didnt answered my question. I dont need you to tell me what our diplomacy is, I know it better then you. I know who we fight, who we protect, who we tolerate. My question is, why should we even care for those people?
They suffer under the inequality of the social classes in Sirius. Some people suffer while others flourish. The idea you fight for treats all people as truly equal and as one. The majority of Sirius, especially the houses, break this idea.
Dmitry grabbed his colt and pulled the trigger. The bullet quickly reached the recruit's feet but hit somewhere in between them. The next moment she noticed, Valentina was free from the ropes that held her legs together.
Acceptable answer. Who, if now us will defend the common civilians? At least our ideology is based on this. All humans are equal, no such thing as "better race" or "god's chosen" as you can see among the Houses is tolerated in the Coalition. What is trully important is what the people believe in. And this is why Coalition is stronger union of the People then any House. Our idea is noble, no matter what the capitalists say.
Dmitry has put the gun away, and moved on the other side to talk to the recruit face to face. She could finally see her "tormentor".
There is however, one group of people who the Coalition shall never accept into our ranks. We shoot them down with extreme prejudice. Can you name me this group and the reason why we would be so hateful towards them?
This one is truly a guess, as I have never been able to reach that deep into Coalition history...I would say the Slomon K'hara, well known as the Nomads. The Nomads and their subfaction 'The Wild', are a threat to mankind as we know it, and they do not spare. Those who are given a chance to live are subjected to slavery of the mind. It's obvious to me that they would be destroyed without a single hesitation.
Dubovik crossed arms on his chest and the look on his face turned to more of a thinking man.
You are making me little confused here. For start, what makes you think the aliens which you called "Slomon K'Hara" even can be considered as a people. This is just a horde of savage animals with unusual bodies and powers. Barely count as someone who you couldnt even attempt to negotiate without being eaten. The Wilde, on the other side are posessed humans. They might still be humans, but they do not control themself anymore, and thus pretty unpractical subjects for diplomacy. Your way of thinking is strange but you said correctly there that we must destroy them without hesitation. Gives you some credit in my book. But I digress.
Dmitry turned back to his "normal" state and continued to act a role of a Commissar.
You were close in some way, however. Who I have really meant - it was the Outcasts. They are party human partly alien now, but still look human enough and do not have the blue squid in their brain. Well, most dont. They are slavers, drug smugglers, murderers and pirates. The number of crimes this "nation" of theirs committed is beyond the level of forgiveness. And some of them even worship aliens as they are some sort of a gods among mortals. Hell, even the Corsairs are angels compared to this monsters. I do hope you understand the reason why our enemies is not only the Houses, but also the pirates and scumbags like Outcasts. They are even higher threat to civilians then capitalistic Liberty. Learn to know your true enemies and priotirize your targets well.
Now I am sure that you noticed that I have wasted great ammount of time for you. You do have the needed part of your brains in working order. Your combat skills can be checked anytime, but at this moment...
Dmitry grabbed a knife and released recruit's hands.
One of the guards shall lead you on your way further into the ranks of the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army. Now get out of here, applicant.

The young secretary looked over the applicant. Pursing her lips, She let out a soft sigh, and rubbed her forehead. She never enjoyed these types of people, but hey, at least the Commissars got to work out any issues they may or may not have. And, in the case of Kirov, well...she'd been a bit more...bloodthirsty as of late, especially with the more..idiotic recruits. It at least kept them in line, and she was impressed by how...creative...Kirov was at her job. Seeing this man fill out the form, the secretary waved Vladimir Kashirsky in. There is a lot of Vlads and Vladimirs. How can parents be so...predictable? the woman thought, shuffling papers.
Inside, Kashirsky would find himself in a room with only the Katz Poster and a not very well cleaned blood splatter on most of the walls near the door. Kirov waved him in. "Comrade, do sit." Once he sat down, she read the aspiring recruit's painfully generic application.
"The name Vladimir should be banned." She muttered. "And your occupation? Comrade, you would know that one, our embassies are in the Kremlin Dome, and two, we don't trust politicians in fighter craft, much less our glorious Insurgents. Thus, you are the worst excuse for a spy I have ever had the displeasure of seeing." She pressed a button, activating restraints on the chair. A jet boost activated, and sent him through a hole in the roof, to a special Commissar-issued airlock, and out into space, where the chair then detonated, incinerating him to nothing.
She then went out and slammed a notice on the front door of the recruitment center. "If anyone is to send me spies, at least have them put effort into their craft."
The name Vladimir is now banned. Anyone named Vladimir will be shot on sight as a poor attempt at espionage. Alterations such as Vlad, Vlado, Vladymyr, and the like will also be shot. You have been warned..
Short Biography: I was born and raised on Freeport 7. When the attack occured, my mother sacrificed herself by putting me in the last remaining single seat escape pod. I'll never forget seeing her looking out the window as my pod cleared the station just before it was destroyed. My pod was eventually recovered by a passing miner, who took me to planet Manhatten.
My father was a Freelancer at the time, and was away on a trade run in Kusari space. The news of the destruction spread quickly, and he began a frantic search for me. I was able to send a long range comm to him, and we were reunited on Manhatten. After learning of the death of mother, he immediately joined the Liberty Navy in order to bring the fight to those cursed Nomads. Regretably, the cruiser he was stationed on was lost without a trace, and my father is M.I.A.
