I've spoken at length with your negotiator. I'm sorry you had such a rough time dealing with Lord Moka. There has always been plenty of money to be made here. We wouldn't have what we have here without the Rogues, and they wouldn't have what they do if we didn't provide an "honest" market for them.
You two have caused a ton of trouble and many people are going to be upset with me for doing this but here goes. Your negotiator told me you want to work this out and earn a decent living. He also told me that you have no desire to make this personal. I'm going to give you the chance to prove that. I've ordered my people to stand down. As long as you don't interfere with the operations at Saltese or in Puerto Rico all will be fine. You are free to practice your trade anywhere outside the scanner range of our operations. My people can also help provide you a market for any goods you may need to sell.
I'm going out on a limb to offer you this. If you stab me in the back on this one I'll know you were never serious about anything you said to me and anyone else with whom you may want to deal in the future will know as well.
I'm glad that you and my negotiator stepped on a solution. Becouse of Moka we had serious hard time, but you've been already informed about that.
Still, under Moka's rule, me and my mates faced hardships. All we wanted was a fair buck,to afford a chunk of bread. I am fairly certain you will understand our needs, the need for shelter, food and water.
What am I asking, for me and the other Rogue, is 5 million credits for each of us. Consider this your aid for us to get over the battle damage we have been through - that will be enough for us to get back on our lives. When you decide to do that, please send the proof of the Neuralnet transfer on this channel.
You'll find us honourable people - we'll stay clear out of your business, and you'll no longer have to look over your shoulder.
Still, please note that Saltese should stop aiming at us after we sign this agreement, among with your "hunters" of course.

I've actually offered you a deal that will net you a lot more money than ten million credits. Are you telling me you don't want that? We are standing down and we are offering you the chance to get rich. I suppose you could choose to continue shooting at each other so that no one makes any money here. But then if you do that you'd be proving that we aren't the greedy ones here wouldn't you?
My negotiator told me what I was already aware of ... you're not a man who care about his people, neither one who is able to sign an fair agreement. We'll be waiting to see if you can hold your end of the deal until tomorrow. If you will not be able to do that, then I guess we can both consider this attempt to peace as futile and thus void.

You need to go and speak to your negotiator again. I am holding up everything on which he and I agreed. I have agreed to cease all hostilities. I have agreed to share the wealth with you in our operations. I have agreed to uphold the very long tradition that has existed between the Junkers and the Rogues. This is one which will be profitable for all of us.
That is the deal we made. If you walk away from that deal, you will be walking away from the traditions of the Junkers and of the Rogues. It doesn't have to be like this. There is plenty for all of us. We stand at peace. If you feel you need to stab us in the back after making this deal then I guess that is your perogative.
We'll have an agreement when you'll respect every word you've talked with my negotiator. Meanwhile the slaughter continues ... your beloved Junkers never pay the fee, and that's bad for business.

You want me to respect the deal I made with your negotiator. Well here is the deal we made:

Here is the last response you made to my original offer:
I made an offer. You accepted it. I have upheld what I promised. I have withdrawn our forces. I have ordered an end to hostilities against you. I even asked the Rogues to back off even though they are quite upset about the whole thing. Now you are asking for money. Yes ten million is a meager amount and it would mean nothing to us, but here's the problem. We already made a deal as you can see above. You did not honor that deal. What reason do I now have to believe you would stop anything if we pay you this ten million? I have no reason to believe you at all cine you have proven yourself to be quite dishonorable. In fact, no one has any reason to pay you anything because you have just proven that you will not uphold an honest deal. If you want to shoot someone, you are simply going to do it.
You are an outlaw, even among outlaws. You now have no means to make money because everyone knows you cannot be trusted. I offered and I am still offering to bring you back into the fold. I am offering you the chance to work with us and the Rogues and achieve something great. Why do you insist on acting without honor?
