Quote:1. Server administrators will impose sanctions on players for violating server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.
Consequences:
A decent player would report bugs when they find one during beta testing period, rather than exploiting it for their personal gain, be it with intentions of actually abusing the bug or just "for the lulz". You noticed something out of ordinary, but instead of letting the developers know right away you went ahead and bought items that you knew would've been impossible to buy without that bug.
We're not going to take them away, and to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention we're going to let you keep the stuff, but you'll have to enjoy them in Bastille where the ship you had them stored on will be staying indefinitely. It will hopefully serve as a reminder in case you feel tempted to try something similar again. Oh, by the way... Bastille weapon platforms are mean, I would advise against undocking with the stuff in your cargo if you intend to keep them.
P.S: I also slapped an infinite powercore on your ship so you won't be bothered by the technerf if you want to mount the guns and go around shooting empty space or the occasional inmates. Have fun.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
I'll stipulate to "exploiting" this...heinous, disgusting, and overtly gainful bug for which I will conduct appropriate prayers for my salvation later today. But the thing is that I actually notified an admin and two devs about this - immediately, to you know, make them aware of it.
This was rediscussed after the request you posted, and it was decided to let your ship back in RPland. We wanted to call you a cab, but we couldn't find any money in Bastille, so we just dropped you on the closest Freeport and I'm afraid you'll have to take the trip home yourself.
P.S: Unfortunately, the infinite powercore said it wanted to stay, and no matter how much we told it RPland is a better place, it said it prefers the weather in Bastille, so your old core has rejoined your ship.
