Hi
Every time i enter the discoFree...RP 24/7 server and click on my accounts to play the game I get thrown out of the game to my desktop and that's it.
I am NOT BANNED so why does the game throw me out> Does anybody has the same problem?
Thank you for your replies.

I'm not 100% sure on the issue, but i think a full reinstall of both Freelancer and The Discovery mod will do you good. It solves most problems and hopefully it will solve this.

I already guided him through a full reinstall, and the virus protection issue was also eliminated (as he told me, he turned it off during update, and added the game files to the exception list; or at least I told him to do this).
Well... If you reinstalled or not I don't know, but are/were you running other mods together with disco? Because I was playing last night and I saw a couple messages from the anti-cheat plugin with you char name, that classic:
"CONSOLE: Possible cheat detected: Freelancer-yil"
So, something in your install is activating the anti-cheat on the server... A full reinstall and using no other mods is the only solution I know...
Check your antivirus and maually replace the DsAce.dll files in the quarantine(that might be the only thing related to Disco there, but do check for any other files associated to Disco and replace them as well)
Set exception for the Discovery folder as a whole and also both instances of the DsAce files(one in My Documents/My games/Freelancer and other one in Discovery 4.87/EXE folder) to your antivirus.
Set exception to allow FL in the firewall.
Now, if nothing of them works, backup your accounts, use a seperate uninstaller tool to remove all things associated to Disco and Fl including the save files and registry entries).
Then install a fresh copy of FL and Disco, and dont forget the update. Now before going in game, just do the above mentioned "setting exceptions" thing again, from scratch.
So next time, your antivirus wont quarantine Disco files.
