Quote:Server Rule 3.1 An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Saying "Engaging" is not sufficient and aggressors are not allowed to destroy a ship before allowing sufficient time to respond. If a player is attacked he has the right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking. Trading nanobots, shieldbatteries or other ammo and equipment during a fight is also considered taking an active role in the engagement.
Consequences: Hogosha don't like Junkers, that's true. But, you still need to rp before you blast him. Saying "Engaging" is insufficient. Guns and credits removed from your ships. Sanction notices are in your holds.
If you post in this sanction and are not directly involved or a leader of the accused person's faction be advised that you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban.
Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbours, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
According to our ID as HOGOSHA we can attack Junkers anywhere!!!!!!.,...thats what our ID states.
We ask these Junkers to stop for scan and yet they run..... run without RP..and with contraband
What are we supposed to do ..LET THEM GO
But our ID states we can engage them anywhere.
The Junkers always want to run and they do
As far as we are aware when players want to run without RP.... THEY CAN BEN ENGAGED..without notice.
tell me if we are wrong.
These Junker vessels do not want to engage in RP..they just want to run away or shoot at us without RP,.
Therefore are you trying to tell us if Vessels like the Junkers dont want to engage in RP we let them GO.
Is that what you are telling us we should do .. for those vessel like the Junker who do not want to RP are we supposed to let them go. Or are you telling use that Junkers are off limits to Hogosha.
No doubt the same screen shot you have ha
- Can demand cargo and credits from ships outside of Kusari house space, and attack them if they do not comply. Ships belonging to Samura are exempted from this.
- Can attack Junkers and Gallic Junkers anywhere.
Zone of Influence: Kusari, systems directly bordering Kusari, Lyonnais
This is what your ID says, you are free to shoot Junkers or Gallic Junkers. However, if the Junker is a transport you have to follow the rules for this, which means that you have to make a demand before you shoot it.
The whole thing happened in the Taus, so your ID allows you to pirate there.
But you didnt make any demand and just shot the transport after one line each, which is not allowed.
Well the id i have equipped says and i quote "Can attack Junkers and Gallic Junkers anywhere" dos,nt say anything about having to make demands first if its a trader, unless your copy of the Hogosha ID differs from the one i got.The demand is they stop!, they don,t, so they non-compliant, so we attack them, all legal and aboveboard so this sanction is a load of old rubbish.
If you don,t want us to attack the player-faction controlling this server, why don,t you just say so, instead of resorting to this nit-picking, thinly-disguised silly sanctions.
There are server rules you need to be aware of. You can find these rules here.
You were within your right to attack the Junker as your ID states you can attack them anywhere.
BUT.

Since your ID does not state that you are allowed to engage Junkers without Roleplaying, you must roleplay as per the server rule quoted above.
Your roleplay of "Engaging" is not sufficient, and in fact it is given as an example of what not to do in the server rule quoted above.
We aren't saying you are not allowed to attack people - just pointing out that you need to roleplay and/or make a demand before doing so.
