The History of Kyoto Base is a long and violent one, founded in early 321 AS after a Bloody Coup was staged. The coup against the Shogunate backed by Samura was successful. The Shogun at the time, Shogun Hideyoshi, was disgraced by the events and in a final attempt to bring honor back to his name committed seppuku. During the frenzy, the Imperial Guards lead by Kozue Okamura fought their way out of the palace and made it to their fighters were they escaped into the depths of Northern Kusari hiding in the depths of the Crow nebula waiting…plotting. Less of a Piracy group and more of a revolutionary faction, they make seem to have mastered the art of “Measure Twice Cut Once” With surgical precision and commando raids, to gather supplies, primarily striking Samura and their political and Economic allies. Kyoto serves as a Home and a training ground for the Blood Dragon’s Warriors and Chugoku acts as a place where they hone their skills in space combat.

The Order:
After the events of the Nomad war The Blood Dragons kept relatively close ties with their friends from the Omicrons.
The Golden Chrysanthemums: The Dragon’s knew they would not last long on their own, knowing that the Hogosha were nothing but puppets for Samura and the Farmers Alliance being no better. They chose the Golden Chrysanthemums a radical female rights activist extremist group dedicated to the end of female oppression with in Kusari space and the creation of Equal rights.
The GMG: ***Error: Minimal Documentation Found. Optional: Rumors and Side Information Use? Y/N:*** Yes
GMG are believed to be a supplier of the Blood Dragons, though never fruitfully proven the GMG have been noted to not be pirated by Dragons vessels as well as shipments of goods ranging from Food and medical supplies to more large scale cargo such as engine components and ship hull panels.
The Junkers: ***Error 2 Known parties represent the "Junkers" the "Junker Marauders" and the "Junker Congress" Who's reputation do you want to know? Marauder/Congress: Congress***
Junker Congress:
Junker Congress is a highly organized group who's primary goal is the clearing of scrap fields of Sirius. They mostly keep in the light trading ores and needed base supplies. However....if you find one in the clouds of the border worlds....do not expect them to be as friendly. They are currently supplying the fleets of the Blood Dragons with Manifolds and Engine Components. In hopes that the Blood Dragons will grant them access to Kusari when they take power.
The Outcasts:
Though not seen as allies, they are not treated as enemies; they are mostly seen as a necessary evil. This is entirely due to the reason of being allied to the Golden Chrysanthemums. As long as The Outcasts do not cause problems with in Kusari space, then the Blood Dragons have no problems.

Accessing Archived File code name:“Dragonplane” The Blood Dragons are a revolutionary faction within Kusari and as such have a Zone of Influence to allow them to strike at any and all Kusari Shipping as well as foreign allied commerce vessels.
Core:
Chugoku: The Dragon’s Nest, the center of the Dragon’s coil. This system is the home of all dragons, anyone who enters that is not a Friend or ally, is to be questioned and sent away unless coming in peace or in a wish of Economic ties.
Access is highly restricted, with Chugoku base being for trusted allies and Mito shipyards almost completely off limits.
Secondary Coil:
Hokkaido: A System with a long standing Samura problem and an old threat of Deep Space Engineering entering Chugoku. Hokkaido is still a primary hunting ground for the Dragons hitting shipping passing between Gallia and Kusari.
New Tokyo: “The Rat’s Nest” this system is infested with the meat puppets that call themselves leaders, from the Police to the President, they are all puppets to Samura or Kishiro.
Honshu: This system is the debatably the most violent system in Kusari, having a notable populations of Blood Dragons, Farmers Alliance, GMG, Kishiro, and Samura this system is a proverbial ticking time bomb.
Kyushu: The Farm that made Samura fat, Samura thrives on the Money brought in by the Kyushu Rice farms. Dragon patrols can be seen striking from the Seiran Dust Cloud against Kishiro and Samura convoys.
Shikoku: This is the border with Liberty; we come here rarely as it is populated with a large amount of Bounty Hunters. Fuchu prison is located here, on the rare occasion we enter the system, it is usually when we assault Police prison transports to rescue our men and women who have been captured. However, Blood Dragon activity has been sprouting up in and around Keiun Cloud it is believed that a Allied base has been opened, its affiliation is currently unknown.
Okinawa: The Home away from Home for the Blood Dragons, they are free to pass through the system as they wish, it is ill-advised to pirate here, as GMG wouldn’t take kindly…however….what GMG do not know…will not hurt them.
Sigma 13: Primarily owned by the GMG Sigma 13 has a notable presence of Outcasts and Corsairs. A Gateway from the Edge worlds, Cardamine and Artifact trade often passes through here.
Sigma 19: Owned by GMG and Populated by GMG and Orbital Spa and Cruise, the Blood Dragons have little interest here other than the occasional Corsair Transport that is caught.
Sigma 17: Samura’s back door system, Samura owns the jumpgate into and out of this system, along with their business partners Cryer, they do research on Alien Organisms and their use in Medicine and technology.
Tau 29: This system is populated by Kishiro, Samura, Exiles, Zoners, as well as The Gallic Council and the TAZ, Short of stopping Samura and Gallic Transports passing through to Kusari not much is done here.
Tohoku: This, this is hell. Within this system sits the greatest achievement mankind has ever built, Tekagi’s Planetary Arch. Perhaps Orbital Spa and Cruise would have a Liner here, if it were not for the threat is held, Nomads and their infested Human allies base out of here. Alongside the Order the Dragons fight daily to keep them in check in the hopes they will eventually be defeated and completely annihilated..
Tau 23: Owned by the Independent Miners Guild, we have no quarrel with them, do not bother them and they will not bother you, however, if a Samura or Gallic transport disappears, they will probably not bother you either.
Kepler: The Land of Libertonian Pirates, unlike the unlawfuls of Kusari they look only for the destruction of Traders, we hold Neutrality with them simply because of the GC’s Neutrality. Visit if only to visit the Freeport, and keep your eyes peeled for Xenos, they tend to ambush from the clouds.
Galileo: See Kepler
Tertiary Coil: Entry and activity within these systems is prohibited unless engaged or defending an ally upon the allies request or transporting commandeered cargo..
Leeds: Once Bretonian, now Gallic, this system is too dangerous to enter without good reason, if passage is a must, make yourself scarce.
Tau 31: Effectively Gallic Space though There are no Gallic Ships, only enter here if you have to, and if you do, keep a low profile.
Fukuoka: Kusari Police have total control of this space, do not enter alone.
Hiroshima: Kusari Naval Forces have this system heavily locked down, do not enter alone.
Tottori: Samura, The Hogosha, The Farmers alliance, a Triad of Evil. They own the Tottori System outright entry into here is restricted to Recon missions and multi-unit strikes.
Omicron 92: A Dormant Nomad hive rests in this system,High Nomad activity makes lingering in this system highly risky at best. Due to the consistency of the cloud, no known human scanners have mapped the system successfully, travel by memory is best or physical map, best not to travel through here alone.
Omicron Minor: A Graveyard, suggested not entering unless invited by Order, visit only to pay respects, and leave. No signs of life known to be in the system.
Omicron Mu: Trade Vessels welcome, this is a Stronghold of the Order, and they are always in need of more supplies, feel free to socialize while here. Remember, it is The Order’s home, we are guests.
