What software suite are you using? A feathered circular mask that starts small which animates to a larger scale should be enough. Fairly straight forward to do if it is all broken in to layers. Are you using a base project file and modifying text? Or did you follow a tutorial?
EDIT: I ask because I'm interested in using a similar animation elsewhere and would be interested to know your method in getting the result you have here. Also, is this part of some sort of Discovery competition? There seem to be a lot of trailer/teaser threads is all.
Feedback will be great as it's my first time

Looks great!
What throws me is that the "Discovery Freelancer" text is visable from the start.
My advice would be to start the frame 100% black. Fade the animation in just as it is now, it looks awesome by the way. Once the animation had made it three quarters of the way to the end, start the text animation and fade in the bloom in the background. Thin the stroke on the text as it looks as if it does not belong in the scene currently.
Obviously, the above are just creative taste and design choices. But if I could only suggest one thing, it would be to thin out the stroke on the text.
