Why are new pilots automatically enemies to rouges/ hackers/Red hessians etc without even interacting with them?
I tried to just fly the first i did, came 4 systems then things started to happen.
I didnt meet any pirate, didnt interact etc and still it started to pop up HOSTILE reputation factions on my repnav with different factions?

It reflects the fact that certain factions don't want to bother getting to know someone, they just want to crack their hull open and steal their stuff. You have to make an active effort to befriend them, not vice versa.
Other than in-character justifications, if a new player's repsheet was perfectly neutral with all factions straight out the door, you'd basically have the perfect trading character with zero effort needed.
That said, you can always use a /restart template to set your rep the way you'd like, or join a faction immediately. Be aware that using this command, you are literally restarting your ship. You'll be back to square one with the starting funds and ship. Don't use it with an existing character.
Adding: Idea: Can it be that using tradelanes near police forces /navy forces "lawful bases" and getting scanned and passing that while beeing watched by pirates of any kind might be a reason also?
I hardly see any pirates using tradelanes (npc) might be 1 of the reasons?
Doing missions, shooting NPCs and paying for bribes. These are the only ways to change your reputation by yourself.
The pirate factions are hostile to every civilian. If you do not use any restart, you'll be hostile to the most pirate factions.
Otherwise there would be "reputation ninjas", who can dock anywhere they want.
These are neutral-friendly to unlawful factions of their own house, so rhcivilian is neutral-friendly to Hessians etc. They're hostile to unlawfuls from other houses and neutral-unfriendly (but dockable) to Corsairs and Outcasts.
Otherwise....restarts are not meant to give you a perfect repsheet.
