It's a really nice model. Probably one of the better ones I've seen but I don't think a Battlecruier for the OCs are needed. Especially with this design. I just see this design as more of a carrier. By what I mean is that if you turned this into a hanger bay and the same on the otherside it would look like the tits of Outcast ships.

Use this model as a complete Sarissa replacement and turn it into a Carrier.

I only have concerns about balancing its shape as a battlecruiser.
The shape is fine, I made so that the 2 BS prims it will be able to mount will face ALL directions and will be fire both of them everywhere excpet its starboard and port side (right and left) where only one of them will fire, similarly to LABC and many other BCs I believe. Other than those two, 4(+2) turrets will be able to face down, where 4 of them will be able to shoot straight below and 2 others will/may shoot below aswell (that is, if they get a little more gun arc). I can assure you, this ship will not have the same weakness Storta has.

I think it's perfectly possible to give it adequate stats to make the shape work, provided it has solid arcs (which appears to be the case).
Legitimately not a fan of "the line". Maybe I'm just nuts but it stands out so much to me I find it hard to look at the model as a whole and not as a "Storta where I cut off the back and replaced it by something else". At least I appear to not be the only one seeing it.
