We are reaching out to you today for a reference check on one Agent Einsicht, that recently submitted an application for one of our Ingenuus Power Cells. His application was flagged, as he listed the IRG Director as a reference, despite having no prior contact beyond a single comm. In order for applications to be considered, professional and legitimate references are required.
We are of course aware that personal details can not and will not be provided on your agents, nor are we requesting such. Merely requesting whether or not this agent is in good standing, as well as confirmation that the MND is requiring one cell per month. The application mentions that the MND is requesting a sample of our cells for testing and ascertaining it's safety, of which prompted another flag as to why a monthly delivery was needed, as well as to ensure that our proprietary technology is not reverse-engineered for MND use, which of course would be in violation of IRG intellectual property rights.
We would though of course welcome Agent Einsicht or any other approved MND representative to be provided with a tour or our production facilities where the Cells are manufactured, in order to ascertain their safety, should you wish.
We look forward to your response and clarification.
Unfortuantey the Director is currently occupied with personal matters and I've had this communication relay this directly to me, but I can tell you this; Boy do we all love science in my department. I think we love science so much, a few of members of my department are buying things without consulting me first and they seem to be spending our budget on it too. I'll need to run a few names down on my list to find out who needs a good slap, especially this agent Einsicht; although I may have to congratulate him on a miraculous find.
What it normally comes to testing is that a monthly supply is normally good for us, especially on the grounds of a "Fair Test" on safety, we need different samples to run tests on and to see that you're still keeping the best possible standard when it comes to what is stated as combined "Human and Alien" technology especially. We can't skip on that, and if they're going to reach public hands, we need to really dig deep into its workings before people start trotting around Rheinland space with them willy-nilly. But you wouldn't have to worry about your IRG interlectual property, the Buro won't be harnessing the usage of these powercells fully as we currently have something fulfilling the objective of reliable mass-power.
But a tour of your production facilities would be fantastic, I'll send a personal representative over to your desired location along with Agent Einsicht once I pass my approval, I'll be hoping to see a good outcome soon.

Thank you for providing information regarding this. Since it seems that this agent does report to you, and this is of MND interest, we would request that further communications on behalf of the MND be provided by a more senior member, such as yourself or the Director. While an Agent of the MND i'm sure would have authorization to conduct his own business, matters such as this are typically handled via more senior ranking officials that are wishing for a order of our Cells.
Since there is interest for touring our facilities, we will provide the Cell already requested by Agent Einsicht upon arrival with another representative of the MND. Please inform us on who will be accompanying Agent Einsicht, as well as when a suitable time will be to come to Ames Research Station.
Sorry for the late reply, I’ve currently come back from a field assignment concerning public and internal affairs that got me caught up in a long operation along with general peace keeping and public safeguarding duties. But now I’m back at my department of Science and Research so I can continue to oversee this negotiation with the power cells, and a recent incident has caught my eye revolving a possibility around their use which has pushed forward this schedule of its investigation around the safety of your product.
Logistics Agent Einsicht will unfortunately not be joining you, recent funding cuts to the Buro and Rheinswher Military has pushed us to a level of spreading our field agents and other personnel too thinly and we need as many people within their respected specialties, but someone from my research & development department will visit your facility along with my personal field assistant since their schedules are free and specialties with this matter are the key to see this progress smoothly. If you agree and wish for the extra layer of security, my personal assistant, Miss Epsilon will present a series of ID encryption keys to confirm their identity and confirmed arrival on your station to prove they have my authority to be on this research operation.
I'm eager to hear back from you.

Good day Agent Enfield -
Here is the message I sent to Agent Hofmann forwarded:
"We show payment received for the purchase of one of our cells, anytime you wish to arrive, we have personnel, including myself, standing by. Laboratory work will keep me in place for a short while, so feel free to arrive at your leisure. As far as investigative portions detailed in this communique, It would be most convenient, if allowable, if all agents necessary would arrive at similar, if not the same time. If you must have a set date and time, 12 March 824 A.S. at 20:00. Again, I'll be available at almost anytime for the next week, so a surprise visit to Ames is not beyond my accommodation."
Sake skies,
Dr. James Erzie
