Please work on your ID request. You are a new faction and demanding additional lines to a completely new faction ID is somewhat silly.
For example:
1. Treating transports as combat targets with the ship classes currently allowed on your ID.
2. Getting ZOI in systems that are not directly connected to Rheinland. Your ZOI line regarding Sigmas + 1 system would give you ZOI you should not have in any way. Also not really sure why are you asking these lines with the notion that you ''will'' be doing RP for them, rather than the other way around.
My two cents.

I did get the impression Sigmas + 1 was biting off more than I could chew.
The endgoal is a ZOI of the same size to the RHA for the purpose of ballance, but branching away from the Omegas into the East Liberty Border Worlds and the Sigmas, since that's the faction's focus and indeed it's niche. It also showcases the difference of interest between the Unioners and the Hessians in hard gameplay terms as the roleplay turns out.
It's hard for us to produce lots of complex RP consecutively, particularly whilst I'm balancing RP with Harmony, the Bundschuh, the Hessians and the Lane Hackers, all of which want me to post to them once or twice a week. This is ballanced with trying to resolve ingame situations and producing a completed shipline for the Unioner NPC faction (which takes over 20 hours min per ship).
There's no disregard for RP. This isn't an ID I expect to get, but an aspiration of what we intend to work towards as the faction develops and progresses.
We do have a better ID request that more firmly reflects what we can do right now, and that will be posted up within a day of posting.
We're being fast. That doesn't mean we expect to get something for nothing.
I don't really mind of UN| getting a ZOI in Sigmas in exhange of giving up bordering Omegas system (the same way as Hessians don't have a ZOI in Sigmas), that will generate more activity and give a reasons for let's say GMG| to log. But +1 system is fairly making a little sense. Unioners having ZOI in the Omicron Beta, Zeta, Rho and Tohoku is something that is barely possible. Kansas and PR seems to be doubtful as well, operations in Texas are going from Pacifica which is the bordering system with Texas and Kansas along with PR are just too far out. Unioners are already having such things as Liberty borderwolds, where Hessians can't operate. Having some ZOI perks is nice, but adding a dozen of systems is too much.
Pretty much what the people before me said. If you bring up the balance argument by the way, I could ask you what the 'niche' of the Bundschuh would be in that case - we've got the regular Rheinland+1 ZOI, and have never complained about it.
Besides, even if you paint yourself as strong, you're not even close the size of the hessians, who are not described as the third largest criminal organization in Sirius without a reason. The hessians branching out in the Omegas, okay, but you don't see hessians operate in the Sigmas either.
On that note I would like to suggest that you choose one way to branch out. Either the Sigmas OR Liberty. I don't see an issue with either - at least not when you do the RP for the Sigmas - But both seems to be far more than you can chew, and that is mostly an inRP argument.
We're currently a bit inactive due to high command (me) and a few other people being in the middle of exam season/personal crises, etc. We'll be back in a week or two with periodic activity during that time. Don't expect drastic RP intrigues with the Hessians or general UN messing around during that time, maybe the odd UN|ship cropping up ingame, but not much else. We're still around.
Admins, we'd like a status update.
