Would you care to elaborate on your reasons for your split with DSE - a faction that was outwardly quite healthy in terms of activity, membership, and roleplay - here?
I don't think Liberty needs it's premiere manufacturing corporation split in two.
There is no right answer to that question. Internal divide lead to this, and the team that has been most active and spent the most time together moved on. Both parties here could write a book on how they are in the right and the other party has wronged them many times, out of respect for the time spent together we do not wish to see that. We regret the drama this is causing, we promised to ourselves we will never partake in spreading it. I am very proud of this team, we can stand tall in front of anyone for we know why we've made the decision we have made, we can also stand tall and survive a few punches on the chin, even if it means us looking like we are the "bad" ones or "traitors" if it results in this drama dying down faster. We will not punch back.
No further questions about this topic please, we are looking at tomorrow not yesterday.
How do you want to see this group in a couple of months? (active, organized, doing progressive roleplay, etc, etc.)
Why separate from DSE and create an unofficial group?
Do you have different goals from DSE even though you're both for-profit-ore-hauling factions?
What will you do with officialdom if you ever get it?
These are crucial questions that need answers to determine if this group you're trying to create is going to be an unnecessary and useless rival for a faction that doesn't need two groups for itself.

1.
Well of course we want all that and more. Our short term goals include setting up the proper story and backing it up in-game, doing contracts with shipping companies to justify our growth, then once we are somewhat established, RP our way into cloak production by building a base.
2.
We're not breaking new ground by doing this. I do not wish to work "for" or "with" my former faction head directly any more, but I enjoy this play style hence why I was in DSE originally and did well there. And no fuel on fire on the drama train, hence why I left a part of your question out.
3.
Of course, setting up our own base, hunting contracts more aggressively, different approach to leading a faction, not out to get DSE contracts on gate and lane maintenance but focusing on production and ore extraction for other companies, hence more activity all around. You are making it sound like for-profit-ore-hauling factions are something to be ashamed of ? In my eyes it's the backbone of activity in disco that many things revolve around.
4.
I have explained the company goals in very rough terms in the post above.
5.
"an unnecessary and useless rival" ?
Because healthy competition between corporations in the biggest house in Sirius doesn't make any sense ?
Well Tell Sindroms that, since he obviously got the wrong idea that "corporate warfare and direct competition" is something that we are in dire need off here in disco.
Honestly I could have answered some of those questions by just asking "Why are there any other unlawful groups in Sirius other then the Outcasts?"
However I urge you to ask as many questions as you like and tell me if you see something that you have questions about, please do keep in mind that we are just eager to get back into the game, for now we are just your every-day unofficial faction trying to find its place, nothing more nothing else. We haven't had years yet to establish ourselves, we had hours, and we are trying to write up more RP info on it as we speak.

Generally speaking, saying you can stand and take your punches followed by a request for people not to raise questions, much less a fist, isn't a good foot to get off on.
You say that internal divide and the team that was the most active had moved on were your reasons for splitting, but DSE) raked in nearly twenty hours last month. That's highly contradictory to what you're suggesting here.
I'm not ready to begin any implications of you lot being "bad guys" or "traitors", words you seemed ready to bring to the table before anyone knew anything. I'm just trying to get a clear picture, and I think the server is entitled to that what with DSE being an extremely large and important NPC faction in the grand scheme of things, with many having extensive roleplay with the faction in both an official and unofficial capacity.

First of all I have to agree with Traxit but just let them create their own faction if they don't want to be part of DSE) its their business.
Check the months before that. Mid-January to February are the months where the internal dissaray began and activity came to a halt.
DSE was Ranked 46th on activity before I re-joined somewhere in late summer ?
I am well within my rights to refuse to share the skype log of the conversation between me and Alte to trench anyone's thirst for drama. As you can see we are more then willing to discous any and all questions, besides the "Why did you argue" part, since I feel it is a personal matter and refuse to talk about it publicly out of respect for myself and Alte.
Quick edit: I was refering to Alte's post about back stabbing and traitors that he posted before he said that he needed a break. So I am not the one that raised the issue, let it be very clear.
