If you're starting a new faction, using the same name and writeup, literally copy/pasting isn't going to fly unless you have the permission from the old leader. Unless you have permission to use the same write up, logo, and name, then that's not ok.
I have permission of corse,
No idea who is behind this (@IvanTheRus I suspect? Didn't even have time to accept your Skype request), but there's infinite choices when it comes to pick a name for a Blood Dragons faction.

Didn't expect to ever see this. And a copy without permission then? There I hoped for another smaller group in the huge everything to appear and be active while bringing fresh ideas :/
Discovery and fresh ideas? This game is too old and restrictive for brand new ideas.
Restart of the GMG. Mostly Copy paste.
Restart of the Bundschuh: Mostly Copy paste
Restart of the 343: Mostly Copy paste.
Just to name a few 'fresh idea' factions. Atleast they are active. Or one of them.
But yeah. This one is disgusting. This Blood Dragon thing is maybe the worst Copy paste attempt i've ever seen. Just look at the ZOI and the non existing old Golden C Guard system Tau 65 and the non existing Oita and you know what's going on there. It hurts my eyes to see one of the best factions ever created copied like this, without a clue how this faction works and without permission.

^ Regarding this faction, as long as you can give the RS a legacy they deserve, I am not being negative.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
About the copy paste thing, I understand it can be annoying when someone copies your work without crediting you, but people who complain about copy-pasting should at least wait to find out if the person who was "plagiarized" is really unhappy about it. It may well be that they gave permission and are happy that their work is perpetuated instead of replaced and forgotten.
To the new faction leader, I think it's good that people are willing to organize faction and group play. A small suggestion (please don't take it as nitpicky) to the new faction leader: Try to keep up the level of perfectionism and effort your predecessors put into the faction. Part of that is the language you use. Try to give complete and non-rushed answers with as high language quality as you can. Apart from making this place look nicer and more interesting, it helps you learn English and communications skills, which will be useful in real life too.
