Formed almost 200 years ago by an infamous Libertonian criminal called William Sturing. He was a born assassin which had a personality disorder, which caused him to obtain his name the Genocide Genius, having over 200 deaths in Liberty and other houses. Originally the guild was formed to be the safe house for those like him and for more then 50 years it was so. It was the house where all the criminals of Liberty would meet and hide form the Police. They headquarters where the sewers of Manhattan, but they got busted, only one female to escape, Mallory Flint, which would have become the war lady of one of the grates Criminal Guilds.
The Flint Era
The Flint era was the reign of Mallory over the guild. During her 70 years stay as the leader she has completely changed the face of the Underworld Guild. From once the place where all the society depraved people were meeting, to this exclusive and luxurious guild which was the favorite of the Libertonian Senators, which would of paid fortunes to find our or but their spot into the higher ranks or even presidency. But the roots never stoped as she was a major player into the contraband smuggle and slavery no matter where they will be done. Same applied when i came to military information gathering and later in the beginning cyber hacking and information gathering for good buyers. Her hitmans where fared all over Sirius and respected into the criminal society. Her flying birds division, which was made out of special trained women to seduce and find out information from rich and important people if that could not be bought by traditional ways.
She was the Iron Fist of this family. She keep the name for it's humble beginnings. She had everything, till one day when she got mad a senator at a meeting where they were discussing the price for him to be a member of the parliament she was killed for making fun of the men . From that day the senator was never seen and his family withered one by one. That even send the guild in chaos living it in 50 years of inner fights and no organizations or proper strong leadership for such a crazy machine.
The Bloodstone Era
After years of death and plots inside what was once the most powerful guild and king pin of criminality a young men took the command of this monster. Jarrod Bloodstone decided to take command of the Underworld Guild and keep working on improving the what was left of Mallory's legacy. To get in top of the guild there was a codex rules done by William himself. The rules of the leader are that one must kill the current leader and take his place, while for first year of his reign over the guild other people can do the same to him. That year was called to blood year when as much blood as somebody can spill will be shed. After going through the Blood year Jarrod become full leader and the whole Guild sworn allegiance to him. In the guild one's word was the most important quality. If you swore something you either die or do something else because stepping on your word is the worst mistake you can do in front of the guild. After starting all from zero Jarrod decided that he should make the Guild known again popular in the criminal world.
Code of Conduct/Modus Operandi
1. The Code of Conduct.
|-|The Underworld guys looks for seriosity, capability and usefulness towards the Guild then you would better not ever waste out time. We seek the best of the best when it come to those which would make it in the higher ranks of the guild. Respect to be respected. The Guild will be very sever in case of radical mistakes, which are advised to not be done.
2. Modus Operandi.
|-|At the first glance of the enemy we are but traders, smugglers or slave dealers, but remember that in each one of our cargo there is an agent with you. When encounter law enforcement, be polite do not boss them around and do not instigate fight if the needs is not there. When you pirate do try to be reasonable with the amount even if the ship has 5k cargo space, they have to reach ends meet, but do not be to polite at the end of the day their life are worthless in comparation with those form the Guild. We seek both monetary growth and aswell intellectually, so do not be your average job pirating member, make them feel the fear that they will never be safe that we can blow them up at any give time and that their lives do not matter.
When smuggling try not to be cough and if you ever are make sure that you get in reasonable terms, since we wanna have relations all over Sirius no matter the way we make them.
Objectives and Goals

Pilot Authentication
Pilot Identification:Outcast

|-|While we will use the outcast Identification we are all over Sirius and we seek full coverage over our ZOI. Both the id's will be used by different divisions according to their specific doing within the Guild. We are fully agreed with using both the Identifications Cards but since our area of experience is so big we need to have legal or quasi-legal activities. The Freelancer Id will be used by those which need to sneak in house space and gather Intel aswell a doing bounties for a certain man or a certain faction.
Divisions
The Smuggle and Trade Division:
|-|These are made out of those which keep the brute economy of the faction up. The transport division makes sure that we are able to obtain materials for daily needs but aswell can fulfill duties of supplying when needs be for us to have a new asset. The Pirate division are the much more experienced traders which keep others to not rise above us and they bring a much more fun touch this side as they inflict fear and make the trader wish he never flown that day.
The Killer Birds:
|-|These women are born or bought from a young age so they are instructed into the arts of seducing or killing. They are send only when the job is too difficult for the main navy so to be called breach of the Guild. Their original mean within the faction is to gather information from much more influential men around Sirius, no matter the cost or the doing.
The Council Of Elders:
|-|The high command of the faction and the brain of the guild thy are less popular to be seen in space, but much more popular to be seen down on Barrier Gate or Ibiza base depending of their place of residence. As the name suggests the council is formed by older members of the guild which follow Jarrod without questioning his decisions.
The Military Enforcement:
|-|These are the main protectors of the faction, those which take all the duties and defend all our ships and interests.

Base Of Operation
Primary:
|-|- Ibiza Base, home of the Underworld Guild. The positioning opens up for more of hidden base not so populated so actions can be done with mere ease and undisrupted aswell the position grants a better point for Cardamine and Slave trade, while the base serves as the home of the Council and the Guild Master, but not so populated by the main pilots as they use it more like a staging point rather then a home.
Secondary:
|-|- Barrier gate, the home of all the pilots and where the smaller planning takes place, here is where the pilots go and call home, but rarely the Council and Guild master pass by.
Ship line usage and tech
The Military Line
|-|- Given the fact that the military will be using the outcast id and outcast ship line. We are to use it but no abuse it since our affiliation with the Outcasts is thin. The usage of outcast line will be used under terms and we are to aid the outcasts unconditionally at war or to protect their smuggle activities.
The Trade and Slave
|-|- Here is where we change up. We are going to be using the Bull-mastiff for Piracy or the Warran and for the Smuggle and Slavery the pirate line is our best and only option. Getting caught doing any of the above is not an option.
The Killer Birds
|-|- As these women are the best they have the civilian line at their dispose.

Just make a faction that want's to get rich and powerful. Or stated differently; wants to make a better life for themselves and themselves ONLY.
